Not a show car, this has been my daily transportation for the past 5 years. Approx. 30,000 mi. on rebuilt engine, 10,000 mi. on timing belt, total miles approx. 153,000. I believe I am the 3rd owner, not counting a dealer. Carfax report on file documents first 110,000 mi., and I have all repair docs from second owner and myself up to present.
- heater core replaced
- rebuilt steering rack
- new water pump
- new rear brake rotors and pads
- new rear control arms
- new 1st gear &syncro
- new clutch
- new fuel pump
Work done in the last 20,000 miles:
- new coolant bottle, fan switch, thermostat
- new R/F power window motor
- new alternator
- timing belt changed, including tensioner and idler bearings
- new brake master cylinder
-new front rotors and pads
- new fan motor
All above work performed by full-time professional Alfa Romeo mechanics.
What it needs still:
- A/C not working
- cruise control not working
- dash LCD needs repaired.
Body is straight and rust free, no scrapes, waves, dents or dings - except for the golf ball ding behind the sunroof - see photo! The paint is about an 8 out of 10. Some stone chips and the spoiler and sunroof clear coat is flaking. Looks good at 10 ft.
Delco type 31 battery 1yr old. Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires approx. 75% remaining. Electronic sport/auto struts working properly.

CEO says Volkswagen's buying spree is over
Mon, 03 Sep 2012
After adding Italian motorcycle icon Ducati to its stable and spending $5.6 billion on the rest of Porsche, Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn says he's done shopping for a while.
"We have enough to do at the moment in taking our twelve brands to where we want to be," Winterkorn tells German newspaper Handelsblatt.
Just 45% of Fiat dealers are profitable, and they're angry about it
Mon, 07 Oct 2013<
On average, Fiat dealers have only been selling about 17 cars a month.
We've been wondering for some time how Fiat dealers in North America have been getting along with just one model range in their showrooms up until recently. Franchisees spent millions building, stocking and manning sleek new 'studio' showrooms, only to have but a single model to sell, the cherubic 500. And even with its many derivatives, the Cinquecento is still an inexpensive model with its attendant lower margins. Perhaps it should come as no surprise then, that just 45 percent of US Fiat dealers are said to be profitable.
