This Classic Alfa has the power and runs great. There are 4 cylinders in line, aluminum-alloy head and block. The overhead valves are in 80-degree vee, operated directly by dual chain-driven overhead camshafts acting on oil bathed followers. Five main bearings. Torsional crank-shaft vibration damper. Sodium-cooled exhaust valves. Cylinder capacity: 1972 cc. Compression ratio: 9.0:1. Maximum torque: 110 pound-feet @ 3500 rpm. The body is in near perfect shape and it has the original yellow paint with the exception of the black racing stripe that the father added.

There are some pieces of cork in this fine wine. There are several gauges that don't work: fuel and water temp. The lights don't come on. I have looked for the fuse box but haven't found it. The horn is silent.  The dashboard has a sun crack. There is suspension vibration from 60mph-75mph. At 55 & 80 mph the car is happy! THIS CAR DESERVES RESTORATION FROM A DEVOTEE.

Because of this we are offering the Alfa at below low blue-book!!! In the LA area make contact for a test drive!!!

Autoblog Podcast #317:

Share price falls on skepticism of Chrysler-Fiat five-year plan

Thu, 08 May 2014

Following this week's Fiat Chrysler extravaganza, where the Italian-American manufacturer announced its plans for the next five years, the Autoblog staff was cautiously optimistic of the company's future. Investors? Not so much.
Fiat saw its shares tumble 12 percent in Wednesday's trading, falling from 8.67 euros ($12.06 at today's rates) to 7.44 euros ($10.35) as of this writing, with blame partly going to the Italian half of the FCA marriage, which recorded a pretty significant drop in profits during the first quarter of this year.
The plan, which will cost around $77 billion over the next several years, is facing criticism from investors thanks in part to a 1.4-percent drop in Fiat's first-quarter profits, to 622 million euros ($862 million). That figure is also short of Bloomberg analysts' projections, which predicted $1.18 billion in profits before taxes, interest and one-time items.
