THE ODOMETER READS 758 MILES UNFORTUNATELY IT APPEARS THAT ATAUCTION THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AND THE ODOMETER COULD NOT BE READ SO IT WAS SOLDMILEAGE NOT ACTUAL. THE CAR IS AN EASY REPAIR AT THIS POINT AND IS EXTREMELYCLEAN ON THE INSIDE. THE PAINT IS GOOD AND THE THE CAR IS READY TO BE FINISHEDAND GET A NEW HOME. THE CAR IS NICELY EQUIPPED AND THE PANORAMIC SUNROOF IS AVERY NICE OPTION. THE TIRES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION ONE WHEEL HAS HEAVY SCRAPS INTHE ALUMINIUM. THE CAR HAS A CALIFORNIA SALVAGE TITLE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOURLOCAL DMV OR SECRETARY OF STATE TO SEE WHAT IS NEEDED TO TITLE THE VEHICLE. THECAR WAS HIT LEFT SIDE FRONT. THE PREVIOUS OWNER BEGAN REPAIRS AND STARTED BYREPLACING THE BODY PANELS. THE VEHICLE STILL HAS TYPICAL DAMAGE IN LINE WITHBEING HIT IN THE FRONT. WE REPLACED THE FOLLOWING. THE BATTERY THE, STEERINGGEAR, RACK, RADIATOR AND MOUNTINGS. WE KNOW THE CAR NEEDS A CORE SUPPORT ANDSOME SUSPENSION PARTS THIS IS NOT ALL THE VEHICLE WILL NEED. INSPECTION ISWELCOME AS I KNOW THE PICTURES CANNOT SHOW THESE ISSUES. AGAIN, THE CAR RUNS ANDLOT DRIVES.

Audi R8 E-Tron back on production map thanks to new battery tech?
Sun, 15 Dec 2013Contrary to our October 2012 report, it appears Audi's R8 E-Tron program is back on track, if a report from Australia is to be believed. Drive is reporting that the German brand has changed its mind and won't be sacking the program, despite previously stated concerns about the quality and price of batteries for the R8-based EV.
We last saw the R8 E-Tron prototype in the snows of northern Europe, although footage of the car has been non-existent since that wintry test. This new report claims that a small number of R8 E-Trons will see production, which gels with what we heard back in 2012 and supposed earlier this year. Apparently, some new sort of lithium-ion battery technology has allowed for a drastic increase in range, with rumors of the original 130 miles going up to around 250. According to Drive, this makes the project feasible again.
"Our engineers and technicians are further developing the car and its electric drive system. The range has grown significantly, allowing the potential for a small-scale production," an unnamed, but high-ranking Audi employee told the Aussies.

Thu, 06 Nov 2014Audi has just dropped another teaser for the A9 Concept it'll be displaying at this month's LA Auto Show. This time around, instead of one static image, we get a tantalizing video of the showcar narrated by new Audi design chief Marc Lichte.
In terms of the A9, we get a better look at the body form than we've yet seen, and we also sneak a peek at its massive, blocky, turbine-style wheels that the conceptual flagship will wear in Los Angeles.
