This race car is setup for SCCA EP class. Car has a lot of mods that I will best put in the ad. Mega squirt management system, Diffs online 4.45 ratio diff with 3 clutch 30/90 ramped carrier (M roadster diff cover), optima battery, M3 race roll bar with M3 U-weld cage, ST-3 steering rack, sparco competition seat, Ireland engineering intake extruded honed M20, m3 flares and fenders, carbon fiber hood and trunk lid, extra trunk lid with wing, VAC stage II performance cylinder head, ATL fuel cell, larger throttle body, stress bar front, fire system, eibach springs with Koni coil overs and many over parts. I am selling because I am not going to get my racing lic. I used the car once for a autocross event and the car runs like a bat out of h---. I have a ton of receipts and log book from previous owner. I also have some extra parts that will go with car. Recent maintenance changed timing belt, water wetter coolant, changed oil, new fuel filters and fuel lines under hood. Finalists for 2014 Green Car of the Year announced
Thu, 17 Oct 2013The list of finalists for the 2014 Green Car of the Year has been announced, and in a genuinely bizarre twist, there's only one hybrid and no electric vehicles among the five contestants, despite the arrival of cars like the BMW i3 and Tesla Model S. Taking the place of the EVs are a pair of diesels, repping a technology that last won a Green Car of the Year award in 2009, when the Audi A3 TDI took the title. No diesel was in the running for last year's award.
Naturally, both of the diesel finalists are fielded by the Germans - with BMW's 328d and Audi's A6 TDI getting the nod. In the case of the 3 Series, BMW installed a 2.0-liter, turbodiesel, capable of delivering 180 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while returning 45 miles per gallon on the highway. Audi and its larger, 3.0-liter, V6 turbodiesel produce quite a bit more grunt, with 240 hp and 428 lb-ft of grunt, but net a very impressive 38 mpg on the highway in the A6.
Finalists for this year's awards include two diesels, three gas-powered cars and a plug-in hybrid.

BMW has announced the 2015 M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe, high-performance versions of the new 3 Series and 4 Series that launched this year. The new Ms have stirred controversy in a variety of ways, but one must remember that the M cars traditionally don't follow a specific mold.

The BMW Design team led by Karim Habib (middle, right) gains a new head of Exterior Design in Domagoj Dukec (right), who has worked for the exterior design team since 2010 and shaped the Concept Active Tourer.
Oliver Heilmer (left), who has worked for BMW's interior design unit since 2000 and designed the 5 Series interior, replaces Marc Girard as head of Interior Design BMW Automobiles. Marc Girard goes to manage BMW's subsidiary design group, BMW DesignworksUSA.
