I'm the second owner of this wagon, car has a clean carfax. Wagon has been a very reliable daily driver for the past 3 years I've owned it. I've performed the following maintenance on the wagon: full suspension rebuild, new Bilstein sports, 1" lowering springs, Hotchkis swaybars, front control arms, rear wheel bearings and 20+ bushings on the front and rear subframes(axles). Cooling system: new radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses. All powering steering hoses. Upgraded PCV cold weather plumbing. Brakes: rotors, pads and brakelines.

Upgrades: UUC short-throw shifter, AFE cold air intake, Borla catback exhaust, 17" original M3 staggered wheels and newer Dunlap Direzza's, I'm sure there's more.....

Included: original 16" wheels and tires, stock springs, floor mats, rear cargo cover, etc.

This is a fun car to drive, handles great, holds lots of stuff and averages 25+ mpg city/highway... This wagon is a factory ordered 5 spd. manual...

Wedding couple celebrates nuptials in the parking lot with donuts

Weddings are often joyous, fun-filled occasions full of revelry and some serious celebrating. And while we appreciate the fact that a couple is being joined together, we have a feeling a video like this could have very easily ruined said couple's big day.
It stars a bride, a groom and a BMW M3. But rather than the couple being in the car and laying down some rubber, the E46 M3 is doing donuts around the couple. We shouldn't have to explain why this is a bad idea - even if the driver is competent, this could have gone wrong pretty easily. Still, it didn't, and the end result is pretty cool.

BMW Shanghai: Driving in mega cities, designing the future and more

The BMW enclave is a suitable mix of high-tech and throwback cool.
A few days before the Shanghai Motor Show kicked off, we were part of an international group of media that was invited to have a look at the BMW Designworks Shanghai Studio and ConnectedDrive Lab facility. The building that BMW found to house its Chinese think tank is in a lovely part of Shanghai known as the former French Concession. The late 1890s and early 1900s French architectural style, brick-paved streets and tree-lined spaces feel a world apart from the ultra-modern heart of Shanghai, and the BMW enclave is a suitable mix of high-tech and throwback cool.

2014 BMW M6 Gran Coupe is ready for your favorite roads

We've known about the ins and outs of the lovely BMW M6 Gran Coupe for a while now, but that doesn't mean we weren't happy to see the thing in the metal for the first time, here in Detroit.
The M-tuned Gran Coupe utilizes the same 4.4-liter forced-induction V8 that powers both the BMW M6 and the M5, with an output of 560 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. The fast four-door brings up 60 miles per hour in just 4.1-seconds - the same sprint time as the M6 coupe and a few tenths quicker than the M5 - and up to a limited top speed of 155 mph.
We love those performance figures - this is one new Bimmer that we're amped to get some seat time in - though we're not super crazy about the selection of chrome wheels on this particular show car. Tells us what you think about the hotted up Gran Coupe in comments, below.
