2008 Bmw 328i Warranty Clean Title Excellent Condition 43k Mi! on 2040-cars

Hi I'm getting rid of my first BMW as I purchased a new BMW.
I absolutely loved this car and will miss it. This thing drives like a porsche, just glued to the road and is pretty quick too with 230hp and 230ft-lb torque.
You will not find a car priced this low (under KBB) with this low miles that's this spotless. It's dealer quality for $3k less.
Low reserve price... you will not be disappointed even at the Buy It Now price it's a steal! You will love every drive in this car.

Purchased:
- I bought CPO used from Shelly BMW in Irvine CA Dec 2010. It had one owner prior as a lease. Purchased with 24,000 mi.
- The vehicle retailed for $44,700 as optioned (base model $35,300).

Condition:
- Car fax report is clean. No accidents, clean title. It reported my car value at $1300 over blue book value.
- No mechanical or other problems.

Warranty
- CPO BMW warranty through Dec 26, 2013 - covers brakes!
- Just bring it in to any local BMW dealer, get a free rental car and they will checkout and service all maintenance related issues for only $50 deductible. All regular scheduled maintenance or vehicle notified maintenance is free.

Service:
- Factory serviced at BMW under warranty, except for a full alignment and replacing the front control arm bushings this spring at a place that works on BMWs. Those bushings wear out with road bumps and use so they should be good for another 40k mi. The alignment will keep new tires good.
- Just serviced at BMW in July where the recharged the AC refrigerant, changed a valve cover gasket, drive belt tensioner pulley.
- Replaced recall on battery cable
- Had BMW fix the engine tick noise (replaced lifters, engine seals). This is a known problem that they don't replace typically, and now fixed will ensure long engine life.
- I have all service records. They are also on the Car Fax report.

Care:
- Covered parking kept with myself as the only driver and rarely passengers. The car is pretty much in the same condition as I bought it in. I used a car cover anytime I left the vehicle uncovered at airport parking for example.
- Most miles were short 3 mi commute to work just up the road, one exit on the highway. A few partial day road trips.
- I am including the car cover with the vehicle.
- I hand washed this car only at least monthly, usually bi-weekly, and cleaned the interior with quality products at least monthly.
- Yearly I had the car detailed by a professional who buffed and reapplied the Cilajet wax/interior treatment.
- I just had the car detailed inside and out. Buffed and waxed with Cilajet treatment reapplied inside/out and the car looks sparkling.

The Car:
- Jet black
- Black leather
- Dark burl walnut trim, which I find much nicer than the typical reddish walnut trim. This trim is darker, more grayish and looks more sporty but luxurious. I think it's the best choice. It's especially nice that it's on the center console front/back. Girls always compliment the car when they get in
- Premium package (navigation, compass mirror, dual power seats, heated front seats, BMW Assist, voice control iDrive, bluetooth phone); Also I have downloaded the full USA navigation maps and data including speed traps and red light cameras from 2011. Very nice upgrade from the 2007 maps I had!
- Sport package (bucket seats, handles like a champ, low profile tires, stiffer suspension has nice tactile feel to the road)
- Chrome tail pipe tips
- Moonroof/sunroof, automatic open/close
- iPod adapter and USB connector. Great for playing and displaying Pandora or other iPhone radio. Also reads USB drives and the sound quality is much better than the analog connector. The bass in this system really kicks. You can control audio from steering wheel controls.

Mods (~$1000 worth):
- BMS power box installed - when mapped to performance tune with 100% throttle my car actually drives like it's ready to pump in regular drive. I love the change. i hated the slow grandma lag I had when I bought it. Never had a problem getting service under my warranty with it installed and enabled. It can be changed by pressing the gas peddle.
- Front side reflectors replaced with smoke/black. Makes the front much more mean looking!
- Tint: 22% rear, 32% front sides - lifetime warranty from Mr. Tint in San Jose

Extras:
- $800 Celijet wax coating done by BMW with warranty against bird droppings, acid rain, sap or other elements that mark the paint - I had this redone twice under the warranty with no issues. It also is coated on the leather and all the carpeting to protect stains and spills, this is under warranty too. Warranty for another 2 years from Dec, fully transferable.
