I DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHY IT STOPPED RUNNING. ALL THE FLUIDS ARE FULL AND THERE IS NO WATER IN THE OIL. COULD BE A FUEL PUMP OR ANY NUMBER OF REASONS. I WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE CAR NEEDS TO RUN, IT IS BEING SOLD JUST AS IT IS AND WILL NEED TO BE TRAILERED OFF OF OUR CAR LOT.
IT HAS A CLEAN TEXAS TITLE. THE BODY AND PAINT ARE VERY NICE WITH NO DENTS. IT HAS SOME VERY LIGHT HAIL DINGS ON THE TRUNK THAT ARE HARDLY NOTICEABLE. THE INTERIOR IS ALL IN GOOD SHAPE. IT DOES NEED A DETAIL INSIDE AND A SHAMPOO OF THE CARPETS. HAS ALL THE ORIGINAL FLOOR MATS. IT HAS 4 GOOD MATCHING TIRES. THE WHEELS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. KEEP IN MIND THAT IT HAS AVERAGE WEAR FOR A 2000 MODEL, BUT HAS POTIENTIAL TO BE A NICE CAR. Are you the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe?
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Thanks to Austrian website Autofilou (via Jalopnik), we now have our first look at what appears to be the upcoming BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe - the four-door version of the new 4 Series coupe, which itself is based on the 3 Series sedan. Makes total sense, right?
Nevertheless, in our First Drive of the 4 Series coupe, we found it to be a much more engaging experience than the 3 Series on which its based. And if this new 4GC follows in those footsteps, it could prove to be a better 3 Series sedan than, well, the 3 Series sedan.
Expect the 4 Series Gran Coupe to come in 428i and 435i flavors, with a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four in the base car and a 3.0-liter turbo-six in the higher-end model. Of course, BMW will likely bring a range-topping M4 Gran Coupe to market not long thereafter.

Sat, 20 Jul 2013Greetings from the famous Circuito do Estoril racetrack in Portugal. We're here to put the 2014 BMW 4 Series coupe through its paces, and we'll have the chance to sample the updated 2014 BMW M5 with its new Competition Pack, as well. But before going out for some hot laps, we took a few minutes to check out this 435i Coupe that's been fitted with a full suite of goodies from the BMW M Performance parts catalog.
Starting with the exterior, carbon fiber bits are the most noticeable additions, with the lightweight material added in the form of a massive front splitter, mirror caps and a rear spoiler. Other visual changes include lightweight 20-inch wheels, a blacked-out grille, and unique M Performance side stripes. No, that's not a shadow you see under the 435i's strong side character line - that's a stripe. Yes, we're serious.
Inside (we couldn't get photos of the interior, sorry!), BMW has added its sport steering wheel with race display, unique M floormats, steel pedals, and a whole mess of carbon fiber and Alcantara trim.
2015 BMW M4 Coupe
Mon, 12 May 2014Launched out of the seat by a huge, unexpected dip in the road, yet still held largely in place by the smooth webbing of my safety belt, I clench my teeth waiting to come back to earth. A tenth of a second later, the M4 Coupe touches down and my body is slammed into the leather seat cushion. All of the air is forced out of my lungs upon landing, but the BMW's chassis, suspension and steering appear unfazed. Pleasantly surprised, I mash the accelerator to the floor in giddy pursuit of the car in front of me - an absolutely identical 2015 BMW M4 coupe.
A cavorting game of cat-and-mouse on a desolate twisty canyon in southern Portugal is an excellent way to explore the real-world driving dynamics and performance of BMW's all-new M4 Coupe. But to truly push it to the limit - without having to worry about oversize depressions in the asphalt - requires a dedicated racetrack. Graciously, my hosts have rented the famed Autódromo Internacional do Algarve racetrack, or Portimão circuit, for an afternoon of automotive debauchery.
It's hard to believe this passes for work.
