Selling my 2001 BMW 750iL. Car is in GREAT shape with ONLY 67,xxx miles. Does not leak, burn or otherwise use any fluids. I am the 2nd owner, car has a clean carfax and autocheck, which i have paper copy's of both.

Transmission shifts just fine/as it should. Engine runs great with no weird noises, knocks or anything of the sort, and as i said burns, leaks and uses no fluids (oil, trans fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, etc).

Body is a 9/10, has 2 dings on the pass side, both being approx. 1/8in in size. Paint is great, 9/10 may have a surface scratch here and there, but overall excellent for its age, and could look 100% by someone who can buff. Its does have a black/white "carbon" BMW badge on the rear, stock badge on the front. Headlights and tails are in good shape, both are clear with no sun fading. One of the headlight sprayers is missing. Not the whole sprayer assembly, just the small part with the pinhole in it that actually sprays.

Interior is in excellent shape. Leather is in great shape, power front and rear seats, heated front and rear seats, everything is power inside and everything works. The only button that doesn't work is the heated steering wheel button....because the car doesnt have a heated steering wheel. The 1st owner has replace the leather wrapped wheel with a wood wheel, which didn't offer a heated option in '01. CD changer works, and the speakers still sound good. The headliner is a 8/10, its in really good shape, right in front of the driver sun visor it has a spot where the contour is that the headliner is beginning to sag, the probably a 2"x4" spot. I believe someone who does interior could EASILY repair it and make the headliner 10/10.

Rims do have a couple small scuffs on them, but are overall in great shape. The "curbed" ares are at most 3" in length.

Car does have a BMW battery tender that comes with it also.

I think that's it, i tried to be as truthful as i possibly could. This car is awesome, its comfortable, quiet, handles good, stops good, I've just found something else i want. I cant keep this and get that, As simple as that for the reason i'm selling. I will not mess with finding someone to ship, however If you choose to have a carrier pick the car up, i will co-operate and meet whoever within reasonable distance. I'm confident its a great car, and whoever ends up with it will be happy, but it IS a 12 year old car, it will be sold as-is, no warranty. If you have ANY questions, ask. Wedding couple celebrates nuptials in the parking lot with donuts

Weddings are often joyous, fun-filled occasions full of revelry and some serious celebrating. And while we appreciate the fact that a couple is being joined together, we have a feeling a video like this could have very easily ruined said couple's big day.
It stars a bride, a groom and a BMW M3. But rather than the couple being in the car and laying down some rubber, the E46 M3 is doing donuts around the couple. We shouldn't have to explain why this is a bad idea - even if the driver is competent, this could have gone wrong pretty easily. Still, it didn't, and the end result is pretty cool.

2015 BMW i8: Autoblog Technology of the Year finalist

Traditionally, nominations for the Autoblog Technology of the Year award are earned for specific developments - a new-think powertrain, a uniquely developed material, a groundbreaking smartphone app, or what have you. In the case of BMW's marvelous i8, it so bristles with novel applied sciences and fresh features that we broke with tradition and nominated the entire car.
We just couldn't help ourselves. Oh, we could've focused on the i8's carbon-fiber monocoque, or its well-resolved plug-in-hybrid powertrain that incorporates a tiny 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine and an electric motor, or its seamless through-the-road all-wheel drive. This is a car that will even have frickin' laser beams for headlights - at least it will for our friends in Europe (and it will in the US, should our legislators ever catch up).

BMW planning Zhi Nuo Chinese sub-brand, may export models

Automakers continue to pour big money into the developing market that is China, and new sub-brands born of joint ventures with domestic partners crop up on what seems like a weekly basis. The latest? According to reports, BMW and its Chinese ally Brilliance are forming a new sub-brand called Zhi Nuo ("The Promise") that will likely rely on existing or older BMW products as a basis for new models.
Previous reports had indicated that the sub-brand could build its offerings based on an older 3 Series model (presumably the E90 series), but newer rumors have the X1 crossover (shown) factoring in. The Zhi Nuo brand could receive its official unveiling as soon as later this month at the Shanghai Motor Show.
Perhaps most interestingly, Automotive News Europe reports that the automaker's ambitions for Zhi Nuo may extend beyond China's borders. It's not clear what markets BMW may be eying, but executives admit the company hasn't ruled out Europe.
