Stunning 1994 Bentley Brooklands *must See, One Registered Owner, Very Clean* on 2040-cars

BEAUTIFUL 1994 BENTLEY BROOKLANDS Vehicle has had one registered owner!! Original owner traded in on a new vehicle purchase in February. I am a dealer, so can re-assign and will not show up in vehicle history. Vehicle has always passed emissions and safety testing in NY It is in fantastic condition, hard to believe it's 20 years old. Vehicle drives as well as it looks. The 6.75L engine is very smooth, the A/C is colder than you would desire, there is no damage history, all paint appears to be original, the painted pinstripe is even in perfect condition. The Yokohama tires look new and I have two keys for the wheels, as well as, three ignition keys. Owner's manuals are included as well A few modifications have been made. DVD/VCR players with screens in the head rests, an aftermarket alarm (with key fob), and the headlight bezels are painted to match the car. The car is racing green so it's hard to tell in the pics, but I always have them painted to match the color because it makes these cars look much newer The few imperfections I can find are the following: There is a very small rust spot developing on the right bottom corner of the rear window, there are some scratches in several of the openings of the wheels due to cleaning with an improper material, there is light wear on the drivers seat, the seat memory does not appear to work (they never do for some reason), and the front passenger window rolls down fine, but needs assistance to roll up Feel free to call/text 515.783.7077 with any questions or offers. This is not how you tow a Bentley convertible
Mon, 01 Apr 2013In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy upwards of 250,000 vehicles may have been destroyed, but this particular Bentley Continental GTC may have had insult added to that injury as it was towed out of New York. While we don't know the exact details behind this vehicle being towed, the lack of concern for its well-being coupled with what appears to be water in the headlight of the $200,000-plus convertible, has us thinking this is a Sandy victim.
While most towing companies these days use wheel lifts or flat beds, this truck still has the old-fashioned system of hooks, chains and rubber straps. We're sure with as many cars that needed to be towed following Sandy, the city wasn't exactly concerned about damaging totaled vehicles, but you can scroll down to watch - and listen to - the abuse as its happens to this poor Bentley.
Bentley Continental Flying Spur taking shape
Wed, 26 Sep 2012The redesigned Bentley Continental Flying Spur has again been caught undergoing testing, though this time away from public roads while tackling the Nürburgring's 154 turns. The car we see in these new spy shots also reveals more of the Flying Spur's new lines, which we expect to largely mirror the shape already seen on the new Continental GT and GTC models.
Likewise, the new four-door Continental will probably come with the same engine options as the coupe and convertible: the tried and true 6.0-liter W12 making 567 horsepower and the new twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 producing 500 hp. Its two stablemates were also updated with an eight-speed transmission for 2012, so expect the Spur to swap that many gears, as well.
Really, the only unknowns left are how Bentley will be handling the four-door specific design elements like the shape of the rear end, which is somewhat obscured by this car's checkerboard camo, as well as when the sedan will debut. We've received no indication thus far that Bentley is planning to use the Paris Motor Show, which happens later this week, for the Flying Spur's unveiling. That leaves a string of upcoming shows where it could happen, including the LA Auto Show, Detroit Auto Show and Geneva Motor Show.
Bentley teases new Flying Spur sedan
Mon, 18 Feb 2013Bentley has released another teaser video for its redesigned Flying Spur, and the next generation car is looking less like a grown up Continental GT and more like a junior Mulsanne. A viewing of the first teaser vid revealed a more upright grille, a three-spoke steering wheel, horizontal taillights and quarter panels with angles and curves certifiably lifted from the Mulsanne. After this second video, we can add lower door panels with a more aggressive shape, horizontal vents in the fenders and a rear end with the shape of proper haunches.
The English motorcar maker promises us we'll see more on February 20, when "performance and luxury unite." We'll be there in person when the "Camry for rich people" is revealed at the Geneva Motor Show next month. You'll find the videographic appetizer below.
