1994 Buick roadmaster wagon.  I have spent tons of money on aftermarket parts since I have owned the wagon.  It is still a great car and I am going to miss it but kids are getting older dont need the extra space as wife has minivan.  This is same platform as the caprice wagons but has the glass moonroof over the second row seating.

Belltech lowering spindles in front, coils in back, k&n filter/induction system, JVC hd radio with aux inputs and powered bazooka bass tube (hidden in rear storage container), eagle alloy polished aluminum torque thrust wheels, dual exhaust with flow masters, 9 passenger seating with third row (I added an additional seat belt at rear rear facing seat), green led lights under car (solid or many different flashing patterns). 187k on engine 87k on transmission. Lots of fun to drive with the LT1 engine especially if you have kids and gets better mileage than SUV and can haul 4x8 sheets of plywood easily. New tires were put on less than 6 months ago.  Only issues are rear defroster does not work - but I have the kit to repair it and the horn does not work.  Not sure if it is a horn button in steering wheel or a horn relay, as I have the fuse out now because when you put it in the horn works fine, but it will honk out of the blue by itself after a while of sitting, so to help myself and the neighbors sleep I removed the fuse. It comes with some old extra door panels for parts and the original dealer GM shop manuals. I reserve right to end listing early as it is for sale locally as well.

Updated Buick LaCrosse, Regal to debut at New York Auto Show

Tue, 26 Feb 2013

Judging by the spy shots we saw last week for the 2014 Buick LaCrosse and 2014 Buick Regal, we knew it wouldn't be much longer until we saw both sedans receive a grand debut. Today, Buick confirmed to Autoblog both cars will be introduced at the New York Auto Show next month, but no further information has yet been released about either model.
Having been on the market for an extra couple years, the changes to the LaCrosse appear to be more significant than those coming for the Regal, but both will be getting refreshed exterior designs as well as updated interiors. The Regal's new face brings it more in line with the all-new Encore and the restyled Enclave, while the LaCrosse should get a more distinctive, upscale appearance.
Both cars will be introduced exactly a month from today, and we'll be there to bring you all the coverage.

Buick Regal GS and troupe of basketball dribblers make great beats

Wed, 02 Apr 2014

The 166 videos posted by YouTube music video maestro Kurt Hugo Schneider have been watched almost half a billion times. When Coke wanted to do something musically inclined and a little different, it called KHS, and the result was the video Little Talks.
Buick appears to be the next blue chip in line, and KHS' melodic celebration of the 259-horsepower Regal GS is called Epic Basketball + Car Beat. In it, a red Regal sits at center court in Venice Beach, California while a cast of ridiculous dribblers make music with and around the sedan.
We'll let the music speak for itself, which it does quite well in the video below.

J.D. Power study sees new car dependability problems increase for first time since 1998

Wed, 12 Feb 2014

For the first time since 1998, J.D. Power and Associates says its data shows that the average number of problems per 100 cars has increased. The finding is the result of the firm's much-touted annual Vehicle Dependability Study, which charts incidents of problems in new vehicle purchases over three years from 41,000 respondents.
Looking at first-owner cars from the 2011 model year, the study found an average of 133 problems per 100 cars (PP100, for short), up 6 percent from 126 PP100 in last year's study, which covered 2010 model-year vehicles. Disturbingly, the bulk of the increase is being attributed to engine and transmission problems, with a 6 PP100 boost.
Interestingly, JDP notes that "the decline in quality is particularly acute for vehicles with four-cylinder engines, where problem levels increase by nearly 10 PP100." Its findings also noticed that large diesel engines also tended to be more problematic than most five- and six-cylinder engines.
