1992 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham

black exterior with grey leather interior

5.7L V8 engine

automatic

102,500 miles

  • factory wire wheels with whitewall tires
  • padded full landau roof
  • two sets of keys with remotes
  • upgraded CD radio with subwoofers in trunk

Now is the time to treat yourself to the last of the big body classic Cadillac's. This one is in great condition, has the right options (black & 5.7L V8) and is priced to sell. This car has no issues and runs and drives great. Body is in nice shape with shiny glossy paint. There are two very minor flaws: a key mark on drivers side front fender and door and the rear taillight filler is slightly pushed in from a parking lot ding. Both are hardly noticeable but I don't want any surprises for new owner. This fully detailed  car comes with two sets of keys. You can drive it anywhere and feel like the king of the road. The interior is very clean and nice. All electrical accessories including windows, door locks, climate control, power seats and power trunk pull down work. A new battery and serpentine belt was just installed along with an upgraded CD radio for great tunes will you are cruising along.

Consumer Reports explains its disdain for infotainment

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

One of the perks of reviewing all manner of cars and trucks is that we're exposed to all the different infotainment systems. Whether Cadillac's CUE, Chrysler's UConnect, BMW's iDrive or MyFord Touch, we sample each and every infotainment system on the market.
Not surprisingly, some are better than others. It seems consumers have come to a similar consensus, with Consumer Reports claiming that Ford and Lincoln, Cadillac and Honda offer the worst user infotainment experiences. Not surprisingly, you won't find much argument among the Autoblog staff.
Take a look below to see just what it is about the latest batch of infotainment systems that grinds CR's gears. After that, scroll down into Comments and let us know if you agree with the mag's views.

Cadillac's Euro reboot may have implications for US models, sales

Fri, 11 Apr 2014

Firmly on the comeback trail in the US, Cadillac is still trying to get out of the starting blocks in Europe. At the Geneva Motor Show in March, Cadillac' senior execs revealed plans to grow the brand's presence in a luxury market dominated by the big three German marques, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
GM President Dan Ammann says he sees "enormous" potential for Cadillac globally.
Over the past 20 years, the General Motors premium nameplate has tried and failed multiple times to break into the European market. This time around, Cadillac recognizes that progress will be modest at best, and depends on specific changes to models, some of which may impact the brand's US lineup. Planned new sales tactics in Europe may also impact the way Cadillac does business on this side of the pond.

Cadillac Elmiraj Concept brings big coupe style to Pebble Beach [w/videos]

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

Two years ago, Cadillac absolutely floored us with the debut of its gorgeous Ciel concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. And since that droptop four-door's debut, we've seen plenty of its design language worked into the latest Cadillac products. Now, we're seriously hoping that history will repeat itself with this stunning new Elmiraj coupe concept, which makes its first public appearance in Monterey this week.
Cadillac states that the Elmiraj concept simply showcases the next step forward for the brand's Art & Science design DNA, and doesn't necessarily preview an upcoming model. But if you told us the Elmiraj was a conceptual look at the next-generation CTS Coupe, or a smaller, two-door version of a new flagship, we'd believe you. At 207 inches long, 76 inches wide and 55 inches tall, its dimensions are only slightly larger than the current two-door CTS.
Regardless of what the Elmiraj does or does not become, it's certainly a fantastic modern interpretation of the classic GT formula with its short front overhang, long hood, rakish roofline and petite rear deck. The strong character lines running along the sides and exaggerated 22-inch wheels round out the beautiful coupe, and Cadillac's signature vertical LED lighting elements are found at the front and rear. Also take note: the badge on the grille is a crest without a wreath, basically confirming our earlier report.
