Hello you are bidding on a 1987 Chevrolet Trk 3/4 4WD long bed. I've purchased this trk quite awhile bck it was all orignal w/ a 350 fuel injected and the motor was locked up. Now it has a new 454 motor is a flat top standard 454 w/ a after market pulling cam. Has high volume oil pump, dbl roller chain. The heads have been redone w/ heavy duty valve springs, has new intake and new 750 elder brock carburator. Has new fly wheel and clutch kit. Transmission is a 4spd w/ granny low alumni transfer. Trk has new calipers, brakes,wheel bearings,hoses and lines. As far as bck has new lines and hose. I have new brakes for the bck, cables and wheel cylinders. These items will go w/ trk when sold but the brakes do work. Trk has 6 in suspension w/ 3 in body. It has 15/50 Bart wheels and 35/14/50 super swampers. Dana 60 in rear 44 in front 4/10 gears. Trk has new headers, mufflers, pipe, new gas tank and sending unit. Trk also has new line from tank to front. Has new huge alumni radiator and steering box. The body of this trk is real good condition outside, underneath and inside. This trk is turn key, move and stop. Would not take much to be road worthy. Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?

General Motors has released a new video detailing the cabin's evolution from conception to execution, complete with commentary from Ryan Vaughn, performance car interior design manager with Chevrolet. The quick clip details how manufacturing, engineering and design within General Motors worked together from the first sketches to ensure no compromises had to be made later down the line. How novel.
With plenty of hides traced with contrast stitching and available real carbon fiber trim, the cabin looks to be a few hundred miles ahead of the C6. Given how readily critics derided the previous generation for its cabin, the C7 should make writers work a little harder to find something to complain about. Check out the video below for yourself.
First privately owned Corvette Stingray blitzes 1/4 mile in 12.23 at 114.88 mph
Tue, 01 Oct 2013Chevrolet's latest road rocket, the Corvette Stingray, is a very quick car. If one needs further proof of that, we recommend they take a look at this video from Hennessey of what is claimed to be the first privately owned C7 Corvette to make a pass down the quarter mile. Not just any quarter mile, mind, this black C7 blitzed its way down the tuner's primary testing dragstrip. The Chevrolet ran the quarter in just 12.23 seconds at 114.88 miles per hour. That is a very quick time for a stock car.
Equipped with the Z51 package and a six-speed automatic transmission, not only does the C7 run a solid time, but it does so with little to no drama. That won't last though, as Hennessey will likely return it to its owner with far more power - we just hope they show a drag run of the completed product.
