Hello you are looking at a 1996 chevy 3500 dually freezer box truck with 119,000 ORIGINAL miles it is a coldplate freezer which works PERFECT I used it for my ice cream buss. the coldplate freezer and compressor work perfect keeps the ice creams frozen all day you plug it in at night for 8 hours and it stays frozen all day unit works perfect 1 phase 30 amps . the trucks itself runs and drives perfect with low miles shifts perfect truck looks great also paint in great shape no dents at all looks very good everything works except the gas gauge sometimes doesn't work. this is a great truck for deliveries or storage . Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.
Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow
Thu, 14 Feb 2013After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold.
