69 Base Model... No motor or Trans. The Firewall, Dash, Floor Pans, Rockers, Subframe, Shock Towers, and Frame Rails are Solid. New Dash Repair Panel Installed, around the windows is good except for a few small places that need Repaired (see pics), New AMD Floor Pan Installed up to the front of the backseats and Seam Sealed. Trunk Pan is still strong but has some pinholes and needs patched in one place (see pic) Needs Quarter Skins and possibly wheelhousings ( passenger outer definitely). The car was disassembled when I got it but most of the parts came with it including but not limited to the Hood Hinges and Springs, Headlight Buckets, Instrument Cluster, Kick panels, Lower Front Valance, Cowl Panel, Door and Quarter Glass and Regulators, Rear Glass, Heater Box, Ducting, and Controls, Wiring Harnesses, Wiper Motor, Trans, and Arms, 2 Boxes of misc. Trim and parts, P.S. Pump, Crossmember, Driveshaft W/ 400 Yoke, 10 Bolt rear, and 15X7's. Repro Parts included are Front Fenders and Extensions, Radiator Support,Upper Valance, Battery Tray, Front End Bolt Kit, Subframe Bushing and Bolt Kit, Front Leaf Spring Bracket Bolts and Retainers, Gas Tank, Front Spoiler, Rear Spoiler and Support Rods. ITEMS MISSING Hood, Windshield, Dashpad, Fenderwells, and perhaps a few others. Chevrolet Malibu gets across-the-board price cuts, hopes to dig out of slump
Mon, 11 Feb 2013To say that things aren't going well for the newly redesigned 2013 Chevrolet Malibu is a pretty sizable understatement. Reports have been swirling about the Malibu getting an emergency design refresh, less than a year after its introduction, as well as having its production at the Fairfax Assembly Plant halted twice already this year for excessive inventory. Now, Motor Trend is reporting that the midsize sedan will be receiving price drops across the board ranging from $300 on a number of models up to $770 on the 1LT trim; offsetting some of MSRP drop, though, the destination charge has increased from $760 to $810.
Without destination, the entry-level Malibu LS now starts at $21,995, which is still about $300 more than a Honda Accord and about $300 less than the segment's top-selling Toyota Camry. This new pricing also drops the price of the Eco, 2LT and 3LT trims by $300. The LTZ trim has dropped by $415, meaning that the Malibu's top dog now starts at just under $30,000, excluding destination.

Tue, 19 Mar 2013This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...

In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
