I have been am the titled owner of this vehicle for almost 9 years and have a 100% rating.  I do not "grease down and polish up" my vehicles prior to selling.  You see it how it sits in my driveway.

Low Reserve...vehicle will sell!

The Good:

I am the third owner of this vehicle.  the Original owner purchased it at the Chevy dealer in our town new. The second owner was a friend of mine that bought it when it was three years old and I have owned it the last 9 years.

It is a true Tuned Port IROC Z28.

Body is straight.  All original metal.  No rust.  and I spent almost $5,800 re-painting it 6 years ago. It was fading badly, as many cars of that era have.

Interior seating is in good shape with the exception of some fading.

Original miles.  I have known and been around this car for over 20 years. Owning it 9 of those.

Exhaust is excellent.

Tires and wheels good.

Transmission works great.

A/C blew cold until parked.

The Bad:

Engine is locked up and will not turn over.  Will needs internal work I'm sure.

The paint is fading on the hood, top and deck lid again,

Paint chips as shown in photos.

If you are looking at it for fixing the engine and driving or parting out...there is plenty here to work with.  Please message me if you would like to see in person prior to purchase.
I have 100% rating and would be more then glad to answer any questions or Inquiries.  Do not bid if you are not buying the vehicle. Ebay is a binding agreement.

Vehicle will have to be towed or hauled,  Not drivable.

Vehicle is as-is no warranty.

GM takes heat for aborted Silverado riff on 'Boston Strong' at World Series

Thu, 31 Oct 2013

During game five of the World Series, Chevrolet was set to do a spot of marketing for the 2014 Silverado - fans at Busch Stadium in St. Louis would hold up placards that spelled out the words "Silverado Strong," a theme that Chevy has been promoting since the Silverado's launch with the song "Strong," by Will Hoge. The St. Louis promo was ultimately called off, though, over concerns that it'd be insensitive to the visiting Boston Red Sox. (You can see the image of what the stunt would have looked like above, courtesy of one timely Reddit user.)
Now, the Busch Stadium stunt might not have been a big deal, had the St. Louis Cardinals not been playing the Boston Red Sox. Following the tragic events in Boston during the marathon back in April, the phrase "Boston Strong" gained traction among the city's citizens, especially at sporting events. So, you can imagine that Chevy's appropriation of the phrase might not sit well with some fans.
The stunt was ultimately shelved after images of the signs went viral before the game, leading to a bit of a public backlash. Chevy spokesperson Michael Albano said of the promo that it was meant to show the brand's "commitment to baseball and its fans." But after the images went viral, the company "realized there was the possibility that we may offend some of the very fans we were trying to honor," Albano told Automotive News via email.

Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow

Thu, 14 Feb 2013

After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold. If you have some time this afternoon, be sure to check it out the Corvette colorizer for yourself, and even if you don't have the time, we've put together a gallery with all of the possible color combinations.

Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette

Mon, 07 Oct 2013

How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
