I bought this car a few months ago planning on fixing it, it does have a blown head gasket which the owner did not tell me, my husband was going to fix it but he cannot fix it now he is not able because he has become sick, the body is straight, no dents, the interior is good the drivers side seat does have some wear that is from someone getting in and out, the transmission does shift out fine, it was running but then my husband started to take apart thinking he could fix it and he cannot but we have all of the parts that go back on to the car, the radio works the car is unmolested all original, I even have the back louver for the window, the dash does have one small crack in it, other then that it is a nice car and would make a wonderful car when fixed. You will need to bring a trailer for the car. Please take a look at the pictures and ask questions. This car was originally purchased in pennsylvania but has spent most of its life here in Florida after the man moved here. I have more pictures but could only download four if you want more pictures please email me. A little work to this car and it is a beautiful car, it will be 25 years old next year. Chevrolet Captiva looks mildly refreshed and ready for family duty
Tue, 05 Mar 2013We showed you Chevrolet's major debut yesterday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible, but General Motors is making a big push for Bowtie consideration in Europe, so it's also introducing the updated Captiva crossover here at the Geneva Motor Show.
While still based on the same platform as North America's fleet-only Captiva Sport (which is effectively a rebadged Saturn Vue), the Captiva is available in both five- and seven-seat iterations, and it looks far more modern. That's particularly the case with this updated model, which features revamped front- and rear ends that include restyled bumpers, grilles and LED taillamps, among other changes.
As before, the midsize Theta-platform CUV will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive, and is expected to carry a range of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Important US programming note: Chevrolet sources tell us that America's Captiva Sport will not receive these updates.

Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut
Thu, 07 Mar 2013We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.
