For sale is my 2011 Camaro Convertible with the Lingenfelter 650 HP Supercharger package. The car has less than 1600 miles on it and is in new condition all around. The car is an SS with the RS package.
This car has all of the best equipment and performance enhancers available. It sounds great and runs like a rocketship. It has never been on the dragstrip as that would require a roll bar system. I have no idea how quick it is, but the acceleration is extremely intense and it pulls very hard up to about 100MPH. I've never been faster than that in it, but believe me it's a long, long way from being done at that speed.
In addition to the Lingenfelter work which includes the entire 650 HP package shown on their website, it also has American Racing Long Tube Headers and the Lingenfelter Exhaust system.
Rear gears are Richmond 4:10's and it has a Hotchkiss Chassis Max package. Eibach 1" lowering kit has also been installed.
Included also is the Hurst Line Lock system that was professionally installed. The wheels are Chrome.
I have all Lingenfelter documentation including the before and after Dyno run sheets and the certificate of authenticity from them.
Their work is some of the best in the country and this is the third car they've done for me.
My only reason for selling it is I simply can't find the time to drive it as evidenced by the mileage. I have several other cars and trucks and this Camaro
has never been driven in the rain and obviously not in the snow.
I bought it new in Buffalo, New York. We picked it up in my enclosed trailer and took it directly to Linginfelter in Decatur, Indiana for the work.
It was picked up in my enclosed trailer and brought home. As you can see, the car has more miles inside my enclosed trailer than it has road miles.
If you want massive horsepower in a virtually new convertible you'll not beat this price. It has more power than the ZL 1 for almost $25K less money. You can buy this monster for yourself and have enough money left to buy a nice 6 cylinder Camaro for your wife or kid for the cost of the ZL 1.
The ZL 1 is a very nice car, but at $66K plus it should be.
I have too many cars and not enough time. My loss is your gain. The MSRP on this car was $44,500 and I've spent an additional $24,000 on it.
This is a no reserve auction, so if you bid be prepared to buy. The price is a sacrifice price and represents the lowest I can accept for it.
Delivery can be arranged, and I will deliver it for the cost of fuel and tolls within 500 miles.
If you have any questions please message me and I'll try to answer right away.
Thanks for looking....

GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect
Tue, 17 Aug 20102010 Buick Enclave - Click above for high-res image gallery
The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
GM claims it's first to sell million 30+ mpg vehicles
Fri, 04 Jan 2013As we continue to put together all the data for the year-end edition of By The Numbers, General Motors has announced that it sold more than a million vehicles in the US last year that achieved at least 30 miles per gallon on the highway. More impressively, GM managed this feat using multiple strategies including small vehicle size, turbocharged engines and hybrid or plug-in technologies across four brands (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC) accounting for 13 separate models. This number will grow even more in 2013 thanks to cars like the all-electric Spark, the diesel Cruze, the range-extended Cadillac ELR and the Buick Encore compact CUV.
GM's small car sales were up 39 percent last year helping to attain this million-sales mark for 30-mpg models, and almost 40 percent of all GM sales consisted of cars with fuel-efficient I4 engines. In regards to more advanced means of improving fuel economy, GM says that it plans on having 500,000 vehicles with "some form of electrification" on the road by 2017.

Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
