1970 Chevelle 1969 Camaro 1967 Buick Pro Touring Projects FOR SALE!

I'm selling all three of my projects as a package deal. Both the Chevelle and Camaro have been professionally sandblasted and all the parts are cleaned and put away in plastic totes. I have over 40G in the Chevelle from buying it and Parts. The frame and suspension have been completed with 4wheel Corvette disc brakes, Hotckin front and rear suspension. Eaton posi 12 bolt all stainless brake lines and the frame is beautifully painted. 20" rear and 18" Coys Wheels, tubular upper and lower control arms all new sheetmetal. New top, new quarters, new trunk, new floor, new flush firewall, new fenders and cowl hood. Complete Vintage Air system, new interior, completely rebuilt dash, 3 inch FlowMaster Exhaust, 468 big block everything billet with a fresh T56 6 speed. I have all bumpers, new core support everything is close to paint and reassembly. I have everything except for a few odds and end of small pieces like carpet and a headliner.
The Camaro is a 1969 X11 car with a 383 stroked motor with blower, Muncie 4speed and a 12bolt housing. I have been finishing up on the metal work but there is still a little bit to do like mini tub if desired. I deleted the drip edge and was going to install flush mount glass. I just purchased the offset shackles and relocated shock kit. Everything is sandblasted and ready to start the body work process. I have about 80 to 85 percent of the camaro. The wheels that the car was mocked up with are the wheels on the Chevelle. I don't have wheels for the camaro.
The Buick is a low mileage 1967 Buick Special with a ton of potential. These cars are under rated but to get some motivation google search "The Black Widow" 1967 Buick GS pro touring. This car is solid and complete with original paperwork from the dealership.
I'm only attempting to sell these cars in the attempt pay off some bills and possibly start over one day when the kids are all grown up and I can afford to build. Bigger garage. If you buy these car you get everything car related that's in my two garages. You will need some big trucks. Text threeofoureightninethreeeightfiveofive for more info and pics.

Chevrolet Camaros at SEMA are a mobile accessory catalog

Wed, 06 Nov 2013

Chevy's goal at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas this week seems to be to show as much of its Performance and Accessories catalog as possible. That's why it brought three different Camaros - two with V8s and one powered by a V6 - with all of the best goodies from the catalog already fitted.
We gave a more in-depth recap of the Performance Camaro V8 Concept, the Performance Camaro V6 Concept and the Performance Garage Concept already, but we figured you'd like a short recap for each. It should be noted, though, that you can order all of the items you see here for your own Camaro, so be sure to take a long, hard look at our live galleries, just in case you're in the market for some mods.
Essentially, the Performance Garage Concept and the Performance V8 Concept are the same car - the only difference is that the later features a whole host of aesthetic tweaks in addition to its aftermarket, shorty exhaust headers and 2.75-inch exhaust. (The Performance Garage Concept has been usefully placed on its side; the better to see the new parts added to the vehicle.) The Performance V6 Concept is notable because, despite being a V6, there's no shortage of performance goodies fitted. All three of the Performance Camaros benefit from items from the Camaro ZL1, which can also be ordered through the catalog.

Corvette Stingray designer lists five goals of new exterior shape

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.

Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]

Sun, 03 Feb 2013

The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. You can head over to the Auctions America site for more information. You can also check out the trailer for The Hunter below.
