1968 Corvette convertible with hardtop. 4-speed. Has 350 CID GOODWRENCH small block (010), four bolt mains, mileage unknown. Does not have any power options. The headlights WORK. The wiper panel does NOT work due to the accuator rod from the canister is broken, SEE PICTURE. Does not have any carpets, SEE PICTURES. It does have a convertible top, but according to the owner it has a stay BROKEN and there is NO CANVAS. I did not look at it. THE FRAME IS GOOD, SEE PICTURES. The tach works, the speedometer shows 21060, your quess is as good as mine. The bumpers show some pitting. The paint is cracked and coming off in places and the pictures make the paint look alot BETTER than it really is. The trim tag says Paint 992, Trim STD, K26. Has Rally wheels, they are in decent shape as are the tires, one trim ring has curb rash. It has a spare. The seats have some rips, SEE PICTURES. The backs have some cracks. Dash pad is not cracked.The tranny shifted fine. Windshield appears nice. Side pipes are PITTED!!! SEE PICTURES. The aftermarket radio works. GM sweetens military discount for Buick, Chevy and GMC
Sun, 06 Oct 2013American servicemen and women interested in a new vehicle from Chevrolet, Buick or GMC now have a bit more incentive to head down to their local dealer, as General Motors has announced plans to improve its military discount program.
The new GM Military Discount Program offers eligible consumers a new Chevy, Buick or GMC at invoice pricing, which in some cases can take very large chunks out of a car's retail price. When factored in with other incentives, most of which are available with the Military Discount, the bargains are thick on the ground for members of the US armed forces.
GM's Retail Sales and Marketing Support general manager, Chuck Thomson, said, "GM has long supported the military and military families, and we hope this simplified and enhanced discount will show our appreciation for their service and help make it easier for them to own one of our great new vehicles." The program is open to all active duty and reserve members in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, National Guard and Coast Guard, as well as veterans that have been out of the service for less than a year. Military retirees and their spouses are also eligible for the discount.

The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.
Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.
