2012 Chevrolet Corvette Z16 Grand Sport 2dr Coupe 2LT (6.2L 8cyl ) with cyber gray metallic exterior and black
interior.
Z51 Performance/Handling Package, 6.2L V8 engine, leather seats, leather steering wheel, HUD, paddle shifters,
cruise control, audio steering wheel controls, AM/FM/CD audio system, Bose premium speakers, navigation system,
power windows, power door locks, power exterior mirrors, fog lights, Xenon HID Headlights, polished alloy wheels.
Car is in excellent condition inside and out. I bought it in February 2014, from Texas Auto Direct in Houston. It
had one owner and 5,549 miles on the clock, and was totally stock - just what I was looking for. Now it has 14,618
miles - all from driving last summer. We moved house in November last year and the car has not left the garage
since.
Professionally detailed last week in preparation for sale.
Included in the sale is a front license plate holder from Top Flight which has never been fitted, and 2 fluid ounce
pot of correct PPG touch up paint.

GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable
Fri, 21 Sep 2012General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.

Callaway debuts its new C7 Stingray at National Corvette Museum
Fri, 02 May 2014Callaway showed off its first tuned version of the 2014 Corvette Stingray at the National Corvette Museum last week, giving the rampant enthusiasts of America's sports car a look at the roughly 620-horsepower, supercharged rocket.
Unlike the Corvette SC610 we showed you back in January, this Stingray packs a fair bit more oomph. Horsepower is only up ten ponies, but torque has jumped from 556 pound-feet to "at least" 600 pound-feet. Neither horsepower nor torque is official quite yet, although Callaway is expecting to know just what its creation can do once testing and validation is completed later this month.
The 6.2-liter, supercharged V8 now boasts a new, three-element intercooler, which Callaway claims only allowed the inlet air temperature to increase by ten degrees Fahrenheit during dyno runs. Previous designs saw a 35-degree-Fahrenheit jump. The exhaust system has also been fettled with, and now is even less restrictive.
