For sale ia a 1998 Chevy 1500 Express Conversion Van with a handicap Crown River lift. The Crown River lift can lift up to 600lbs. Everything on this van works great! I bought it for my father a couple of years ago. He recently past away from ALS. We no longer need the van. This is a very reliable van. We put maybe 1000 miles on it if that. Starts right up, drives straight and shifts smooth. AC is ice cold in the summer! Heat works great nice and warm. Brand new breaks. There is a extra captains chair. The rear seat folds down to a bed. There is a EZ locking system in the van to help lock a wheel chair in place along with special seat belts.
Wheelchair NOT INCLUDED with the van is a power wheel chair that works with the van that can be sold separately if interested? Please feel free to ask any question you may have. |

Was the C7 Corvette cut from Beyonce's Super Bowl halftime show?
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Someone was bound to receive a free 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray during the Super Bowl XLVII festivities; it just wasn't who we thought it was going to be. Despite a report back in December that superstar Beyoncé Knowles would be getting an all-new Corvette during her halftime performance, that turned out not to be the case. Joe Flacco, starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, did in fact win a Corvette for his MVP performance.
So what transpired that prevented Beyoncé from rolling on stage in the new Chevrolet? Anyone who knows isn't telling, but according to Yahoo! Autos, General Motors said that for one reason or another a deal "did not work out," and it appears to have been an eleventh-hour change. Regardless of who's to blame or what prevented this from happening, we're sure Chevy has had no problems getting attention for the C7 Corvette since it was introduced last month.
Pushing Back: GM expanding Chevrolet into Korea, Daewoo out

General Motors decided several years ago to begin heavily promoting Chevrolet as its global mainstream brand even in markets where its existing brands like Opel and Daewoo were a dominant force. Today, at the Busan Motor Show in South Korea, GM Daewoo president Mike Arcamone announced that the Camaro would lead the way in GM's efforts to market Chevrolet in South Korea.
For now at least Chevrolet and Daewoo-branded vehicles will coexist in the Korean market. However, while we were in China last week GM officials told us that the Daewoo brand, which has been somewhat tainted by past quality issues, would eventually be phased out in favor of Chevrolet. When the new Aveo launches next year it will likely be badged as a Chevrolet even though GM Daewoo is in charge of engineering the car.
2014 Chevy Silverado High Country spied wearing trappings of new luxury trim
Wed, 03 Apr 2013Spy photographers have spotted the new Chevrolet Silverado High Country and GMC Sierra Denali out on public streets for a little testing. From the looks of things, the Silverado will receive a much-differentiated front fascia along with special badges and those honking 20-inch chrome wheels. Expect to find a more posh interior as well. Likewise, the Sierra Denali will wear a tweaked nose with the familiar Denali bling. The one of the GMC trucks spotted here rolls on 21-inch gunmetal wheels instead of the 20-inch chrome pieces of the High Country.
Word has it both trucks will go on sale after the Texas State Fair this summer. While General Motors hasn't said for certain what we can expect to find under the hood, we'd be surprised to see anything outside of the range of engines found in the standard Silverado and Sierra models. That means buyers should be able to get their hands on the efficient, 23-miles per gallon 5.3-liter V8.
