you are looking at a all original impala wagon with only 24,000 original miles I purchased wagon from the estate of the original owner who passed away. I have a copy of the original title. it now has a clear tn title in my name.this care was always garage keep and rarely driven, the body is in near perfect shape with the ORIGINAL PAINT!and interior ,the interior has no rips or tears all i did was just wipe it down with interior cleaner headliner still needs cleaning but is in perfect condition.the car was undercoated from the factory and is not rusty ,this car is 100% original as far as I can tell I still have the original tires and hub caps. all ive done to it was change the cap and points change the oil and gas and it runs great and very quiet ac also blows cold everything works the way it should drives like new car is being sold with original tires and hub caps if interested in the wheels and tires on it add a thousand to the final price.i also have no door key one will have to be made . if your looking for a super nice wagon that has no hidden issues this is it .please call if seriously interested and I will answer all questions 615-513-3795

Experimental mid-engine XP-819 Corvette going up for auction
Sun, 17 Feb 2013It seems to be commonplace that when a new Corvette is in development, rumors swirl about a possible mid-engine layout. As is the case of Chevy's most recent C7 Corvette, these rumors never pan out.
In any case, the idea for a 'Vette with an engine mounted behind the driver can probably all be traced back to a single car, the 1964 XP-819 prototype. Built as an "engineering exercise" back in 1964, the prototype was designed with a rear-mounted engine. History tells us that the idea of a rear-engine Corvette fizzled, and the XP-819 was eventually cut up into pieces and stored at a shop in Daytona Beach, FL.
After sitting for untold years, a restoration project started on the car, and while it isn't yet fully completed, the current owner of the car, Mid America Motorworks, will have the car on display at the 2013 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance as a "driveable chassis" with hopes of having a fully completed car ready to bring to next year's show.

Ever since Chevrolet was granted a retrofied Camaro to compete with the Ford Mustang, Pontiac lovers have lamented the loss of this 1970s icon. And, looking at the Hurst Edition from Trans Am Depot, shown here at the 2012 SEMA Show, may explain what all the fuss is about.
It's not going to appeal to everyone's muscle-car tastes, but there's certainly room for a brash-and-bold black-and-gold Special Edition in many a Trans Am lover's garage. After all, if you want the keys to a custom pony car, you'll certainly get noticed in this one.
