PLEASE DO NOT ASK IDIOTIC QUESTIONS BECAUSE I WILL NOT RESPOND. THE CAR STARTS AND DRIVES. ENGINE IS QUIET, NO KNOCKS OR TAPS. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTHLY AND PASSING GEAR IS A BEAST. ALL THE BRAKE LINES ARE NEW, COMPLETE FRONT AND BACK, ALSO HAS NEW MASTER CYLINDER AND PROPORTIONING VALVE. ALL RUBBER BRAKE LINES ARE NEW AS WELL. NEW LININGS AND CYLINDERS IN THE FRONT DRUMS AS WELL. TIRES ARE ONLY A FEW YEARS OLD AND IN GREAT SHAPE. THE INTERIOR IS GUTTED CURRENTLY. DASHBOARD IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. NO CRACKS AT ALL. REAR SEATS ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE, JUST NEED CLEANING. FRONT SEATS (BUCKET) ARE OK, BUT PASSENGER SEAT NEEDS SOME REPAIR. THERE IS NO CARPET, HEADLINER IS IN GREAT SHAPE. ALL INTERIOR PANELS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. TWO SETS OF DOOR PANELS IN OK SHAPE. FRONT FLOORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ALREADY BY PREVIOUS OWNER. AS WELL AS SOME PATCHING UP HERE AND THERE. WHILE IN MY POSSESSION, I PURCHASED NEW MID FLOOR SECTIONS, REAR UNDER SEAT FLOOR SECTIONS, TRUNK FLOOR REPLACEMENTS, GAS TANK STRAPS AND BRACES, FENDER PATCH, AND A FEW OTHER MISC REPLACEMENT PANELS. NEW IGNITION AND DOOR/TRUNK LOCKS WITH ORIGINAL KEYS. IM SURE THERES A FEW THINGS IM FORGETTING, BUT I WILL POST AS I REMEMBER. ALSO THE CAR IS MAROON, BUT UPON REMOVING DOOR PANELS I FOUND ORIGINAL COLOR WAS MINT GREEN, WAS GOING TO RESTORE TO THAT COLOR IF I FINISHED IT. IF MY BUY IT NOW PRICE IS MET I WILL INCLUDE ALL THE EXTRA NEW PARTS. IF NOT THEN WE CAN WORK A DEAL. THE CAR IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. ITS A 68 WITH A 350 WITH BUCKETS AND CONSOLE EVEN THOUGH ITS A COLUMN SHIFT. ORIGINAL MILES AND IT ALSO SAT IN A PARKING GARAGE FOR 15 YEARS UNTOUCHED. GREAT PROJECT FOR SOMEONE WHOS LOOKING TO FIX UP OVER THE WINTER. I WILL BE MOVING OUT OF STATE SOON AND CANT TAKE IT WITH ME. DOESNT MEAN IM IN A RUSH TO GET RID OF IT, SO NO LOW BALLING. Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]

As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.
Pure Vision Design TT Camaro has 1,400 reasons to want it
Wed, 06 Nov 2013We've talked about Pure Vision Design before, a California-based company that made waves at last year's SEMA show with its Martini-liveried, Indy-car-powered Ford Mustang. That same car later starred in a Petrolicious video we showed you just a few weeks back. The company's latest creation is a menacing car it calls the Pure Vision Design TT Camaro. Based on a 1972 model, this car shares the Martini Mustang's clean styling and obsession with details.
Unlike the Mustang, which draws its power from a mid-60s Lotus-Ford Indycar engine, the "TT" in this Camaro's name implies something far more potent. The Nelson Racing Engines 427-cubic-inch V8 has been fitted with a pair of turbochargers, with a claimed output of 1,400 horsepower. That's almost 1,000 more than the Martini Mustang.
A six-speed Magnum transmission dispatches that power to the ground, while Pirelli PZero tires are tasked with (somehow) trying to grip the road. Baer brakes hide behind those HRE rims, while JRI coilovers and HyperTech springs bless the Camaro with some degree of competency in the bends.
Hot Wheels Camaro to make big debut at Indy
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Chevrolet handed over the keys to 33 Hot Wheels Camaro Convertible Indianapolis 500 festival cars this week. Race directors get the luxury of driving the droptops around Indianapolis in an ongoing tradition with roots all the way back to the 1960s. The stunt is supposed to remind area residents that the Indy 500 is right around the corner. The cars are our first look at the special Camaro Hot Wheels Edition in convertible form, and they are slated to head to dealers after a one-time production run. The cars also represent the first time in history full-size Hot Wheels have been offered for sale by an automaker.
The cars will be available in both the previously seen coupe bodystyle and this convertible configuration, and will feature metallic blue paint and special wheels with the iconic redline accent. Buyers will be able to choose between the V6-powered 2LT trim and the V8-powered 2SS guise.
Hot Wheels says the original Custom Camaro toy was one of the original 16 1:64-scale diecasts, and it remains one of the company's most valuable collector items today.
