Very nice 1970 Monte Carlo, New interior looks incredible, New vinyl top, Newer paint does have a few chips that I took pics of. car is incredibly rust free has a few very small bubbles also pictured. 350 V8, Rebuilt tranny. Horseshoe floor shifter, bucket seats. New exhaust. Not sure what exactly has been done to the motor, but it sounds very nice. Sounds like a small cam. Pictures give you a good idea of the condition this car is in. Tires have less than 100 miles on them. Original AC car, however compressor ect has all been removed. Only thing that I am aware of is power steering sqeaks at times. Brakes work great, car runs perfect, shifts as it should. Is in great driver condition, with fixing the paint flaws would be in show condition. Reserve is set low, Car is sold in as is condition, buyer responsible for shipping cost. As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.
Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow
Thu, 14 Feb 2013After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold. If you have some time this afternoon, be sure to check it out the Corvette colorizer for yourself, and even if you don't have the time, we've put together a gallery with all of the possible color combinations.
