 I am selling my 1972 Nova the body is in rough shape mostly cancer rust here and there but straight and in very workable condition, I have a new door for it the one that is crushed, I also have a new hood with a 4 inch cowl Induction, the car runs great the motor was just recently rebuilt ,it has a stock cam, roller rocker arms, true 350 HP double Hump heads, also Edelbrock high rise intake performer series, 4barrel 650 Edelbrock carb. , Tornado K&N filter, Accel 8mm spark plug wires, Mallory Electronic Ignition,  Heddman Headers,  Dual Exhaust with two Flow Master Mufflers, it has a stock torque convert, 350 turbo transmission with a racing shift kit installed that will bark 2nd gear, The car runs great and would be a great starter for someone, it can be driven right now. The interior is almost finished also 2 new door panels , new head liner, new  Mahogany GT steering wheel , (oil pressure, water temp, and voltage reader Cluster chrome also installed and working) It is also wired for an amp if wanted and speakers, it has a 12 bolt rear end I am not sure the gear in it but it has no trouble on the interstate so I would say the gear is a higher gear than a .373 not sure what gear but all in all very stout power train with less than 2,000 miles on the motor and tranny after being rebuilt. Corvette Stingray Shooting Brake under consideration by Callaway [w/poll]

Callaway has released a few renderings of a design study for a shooting brake version of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The company says it wants to create a long-roof version of America's sports car to offer buyers more interior room and a vehicle with "unique style." The company says it will use structural carbon fiber for the new body bits, which suggests the conversion shouldn't add too much more weight to the Corvette. Along with a few mechanical tweaks, the Callaway Corvette Stingray AeroWagon could breeze past the 200 miles per hour barrier.
Provided that they get enough interest, Callaway estimates they will be able to effect the changes on the Chevrolet for around $15,000, and says the conversion work should be available through its network of dealers. Chevy monitors drivers' biometrics while experiencing new Corvette Stingray

We tell you about what a car is like to drive every day, remarking on throttle response, steering weight and feedback, squat, dive, brake fade and a dozen or more other factors of performance. What we can't tell you, though, is what the car does to us - how its performance impacts us, physically. That's what makes this video series from Chevrolet so darn cool.
The Bow-Tie brand rented out Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch, got several (very) different individuals together, strapped a bunch of sensors to their bodies to record biometric data ranging from heart rate to respiration to brain activity, and then handed them keys to the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The results are explained in a series of videos, devoted to each driver, showing how different people react to the Corvette's performance.
If, like your author, you're a nerd for medical science, this is going to be a fascinating set of videos. If not, it's still pretty cool to see how the body of someone with racing experience, like Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi, reacts to tracking a car like the Corvette Stingray compared to the owner of legendary Detroit barbecue joint, Slows BBQ. Vert-A-Pac train cars kept your Chevy Vega's price in check

Our apologies to those who've seen this before, but for the rest of the class, how awesome are these pictures of the Vert-A-Pac shipping system General Motors came up with to ship the Chevrolet Vega back in the 1970s? Developed along with Southern Pacific Railroad, GM was able to double the amount of Vega models it could ship by packing them into the unique storage cars vertically.
At the time, rail cars could fit 15 vehicles each, but Chevrolet was able to lower shipping costs by making it possible to ship 30 Vegas per rail car, in turn allowing the price of the Vega to remain as low as possible. Each rail car had 30 doors that would fold down so that a Vega could be strapped on, and then a forklift would come along and lift the door into place. All the cars were positioned nose down, and since they were shipped with all of their required fluids, certain aspects had to be designed specifically for this type of shipping, including an oil baffle in the engine, a special battery and even a repositioned windshield washer reservoir.
