I have owned this truck for 11 years and have spent much time tinkering on it. This year the family and I have decided to finish the truck. It is 99% done and other obligations have come up and after all these years, I've decided to sell it. The truck has a nice running small block V8 with a mild cam, aluminum intake and a 4 barrel carburetor. The transmission is the original 3 speed with a new clutch kit. We have done much of the suspension over including new shackles and shocks and a completely new brake system including stainless steel lines and new hydraulics. Much of the glass is new with new gaskets, seals and cat whiskers. The interior has a freshly reupholstered seat with a new floor mat, headliner, visor and arm-rests. Truck is painted in it's original factory blue with the correct gray interior. Truck is solid. The bed has all new oak wood finished with proper outdoor preservative, strips, and rails. Truck has many new details, including door handles, tailgate chains, tail lights, parking lights, starter, dome light, pedal pads, etc. The air cleaner is off for photos but I do have it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call #603-332-9698.

Fewer than 1 in 3 Chevy dealers earn right to initially sell C7 Corvette
Mon, 01 Apr 2013Looking to make the launch of the 2014 Corvette Stingray as efficient as possible, Chevrolet will be limiting the numbers of its dealers that can sell the all-new coupe and convertible. According to Automotive News, sales of the C7 Corvette will initially be limited to less than a third of Chevy's total dealership network when the 'Vette goes on sale this summer.
Only 900 dealers out of more than 3,000 locations nationwide will be allowed to sell the new Corvette at first, and the reason for this is so that there are no shortages at dealers that can actually get the cars sold. The article says that the 900 dealerships chosen represented 80 percent of total Corvette sales in 2012.
Some of the requirements dealers had to make to get initial allocation of Stingray sales include having sold at least four Corvettes in 2012 and having a Corvette Stingray specialist who will be required to have gone through a training session costing more than $2,000 per attendee. Once demand for the 2014 Corvette Stingray begins to subside - approximately six to nine months after it goes on sale - then allocation could open up to more dealers, but the report indicates this could happen following the 2014 model year.
Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]
Thu, 13 Dec 2012UPDATE: The trucks have been revealed. Click here for all of the official details.
As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.
