up for bids is a 57 chevy truck..350 engine .30 over.....new pistons.all new bearings rings.oil pump.water pump.alternator.new starter......rebuilt edelbrock carb, 350 turbo automatic rebuilt.....new tork converter and flywheel,bolt on headers glass pack mufflers......all new break shoes,wheel cylinders,new break lines,new master cylinder....all new glass,windshield doors vent window back window......all new rubber around windows....chrome speed cluster.....new turn signal switch,all new wiring, new tail lights,new seat cover...inside is viper blue..outside flat black,,,all original sheet metal,no patch panels........truck was taken completely apart sand blasted...frame painted black,back bed sprayed with bed liner.wooden bed ,mahogany stained,new bolt kit for bed and new bed strips...4 air bags...if curious to what is bolted on dash it is the switches and gauges for air ride,,,,,new air compressor for air ride....all gauges and valves are new for air ride..wheels were aluminum and were painted black..tires are decent ,didn't put money into new ones as thought buyer would want decide that part...new outside mirrors..stainless around back window and doors is orignal not after market....new gas sending unit in tank..gas tank is in great condition as when I drained and blew it out no build up or corrosion was in it....all new gas lines...new fuel pump and filter.....tailgate does have pitting,was sand blasted...carpet on floors and for headliner and also on doors....grill also has pitting and small dents.....this is a cool little truck sounds good has been outside garage and ran around yard testing it,,,runs great,,,,,,,the pink and white truck in the pic beside it is not for sale ,,,its my girlfriends first one we did together and she kept it,,,,,,so if any questions please message me,,thank you for looking happy bidding......

New Bright creating exclusive 1:8 scale radio-controlled C7 Corvette
Mon, 04 Feb 2013If you want a new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette but can't quite save up enough pennies for the monthly payment, we have good news for you. Toymaker New Bright has pulled the covers off of its 1:8 scale remote-controlled version of the American sports car. Complete with a very detailed interior and LED headlights, this large-scale R/C is as close as most of us will ever come to having one of the menacing Chevrolet models to call our very own. New Bright still hasn't released pricing or availability, but word has it the coupe should hit the market soon.
Right now, it appears as if the C7 will hit shelves in Torch Red, though we don't know if other colors are planned as well. The good news is that New Bright isn't exactly turning its back on the old C6 - representatives say the company will continue to make its popular C6R racecar for those who prefer round taillights.
2014 Chevy Silverado High Country spied wearing trappings of new luxury trim
Wed, 03 Apr 2013Spy photographers have spotted the new Chevrolet Silverado High Country and GMC Sierra Denali out on public streets for a little testing. From the looks of things, the Silverado will receive a much-differentiated front fascia along with special badges and those honking 20-inch chrome wheels. Expect to find a more posh interior as well. Likewise, the Sierra Denali will wear a tweaked nose with the familiar Denali bling. The one of the GMC trucks spotted here rolls on 21-inch gunmetal wheels instead of the 20-inch chrome pieces of the High Country.
Word has it both trucks will go on sale after the Texas State Fair this summer. While General Motors hasn't said for certain what we can expect to find under the hood, we'd be surprised to see anything outside of the range of engines found in the standard Silverado and Sierra models. That means buyers should be able to get their hands on the efficient, 23-miles per gallon 5.3-liter V8.
