This is an extremely dependable truck. The engine is the factory 5.7/350 Vortec with a performance chip. It gets about 16mpg no matter if you are in the city or on the interstate. The engine is very strong, the transmission shifts perfectly and th 4WD works flawlessly. The truck does not use or leak any fluid. It has never been wrecked. I have owned it since 07 and I saw the carfax when I bought it. It has bucket seats with a console as well as an overhead console. A/C,PW, PL, tilt, cruise, bedliner. It has a factory towing package with a step bumper and a class III hitch.
It has been lifted 7 inches. It has 15 X 10 aluminum Alcoa wheels with 14/35 B F Goodrich All Terrain Radials, chrome nerf bars, treadplate toolbox, one piece all steel cowl hood(no fiberglass junk). I've never had it in the woods but I can tell you it goes very well in the snow.
WHATS WRONG WITH IT...
The a/c needs charged up and it will leak down in 2 to 3 months. My mechanic cant find the leak.---The hood is faded pretty bad---The CD player is locked up. When you turn it on it asks for a 4 digit code which I never set up. The amp and speakers were working fine until the stereo locked up.
This truck needs a few minor odds and ends to be perfect cosmetically but you can hop in it and go anywhere, haul anything or pull anything just like it is and I absolutely assure you it will get you there and back.
The reserve is $3800.00 and the Buy It Now is $4800.00. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 706-299-3290. I will try to answer questions sent via Ebay but I am a truck driver and dont always have access to the internet, your best bet is by phone.

GM dealers unhappy about pickup prices
Mon, 21 Oct 2013The backlash is beginning. Following General Motors' price hike of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra last week, dealers across the country are expressing their ire over increasing prices in the face of rebates and discounts on trucks from Ford and Ram.
Speaking to Automotive News, Sam Pilato, the general manager at Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, FL, Silverados are "selling very poorly." W. Carrol Smith, the president of Monument Chevrolet in the heart of truck country, Texas, said, "[GM's] position is that the vehicle stands on its own and it doesn't need a bigger rebate. That's not what the market is telling us."
According to AN, that's the general attitude amongst Chevy and GMC dealers across the country, where the twin pickups are getting butchered in sales by competitors offering up to $9,000 off their sticker prices. Part of the problem for GM is that its trucks are arriving on the market near the end of the current F-150's lifecycle, a fact that Ford has taken advantage of.
2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.
GM won't pay owners of recalled cars for lost value
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Kenneth Feinberg, the man in charge of the General Motors compensation fund dealing with the its widespread ignition switch woes, has issued an informal, two-letter response to the plaintiffs in more than 70 lawsuits seeking redress for lost resale value of their Cobalts: "No." The cases were recently combined into one, but Feinberg told The Detroit News that the fund will deal "only with death and physical injury claims," and that "perceived diminished value" will get no consideration.
ALG, the firm specializing in establishing residual values, determined that Cobalt owners had lost $300 compared to the segment competition and doesn't envision any long-term effects from the recall situation. Feinberg's statement comes in advance of public details on how the compensation fund will work and adheres to GM's long-held position on the matter. The company has already asked a judge to throw out such suits using the pre-bankruptcy defense, even as it stopped using that defense in cases of injury and death.
With plenty of potential gain from the GM suit, however, don't expect the plaintiffs to give up yet. When Toyota was sued for the same reason during the unintended acceleration debacle, it eventually settled the case for between $1 billion and $1.4 billion just to get it over with. Since the 85 law firms involved in the Toyota litigation took home more than $250 million of that total, we shouldn't expect the attorneys to give up on a GM payout, either.
