Chevy Gmc 3500 4wd Duramax Diesel Dually 2500 Ford F350 F250 Dodge 2000 2002 03 on 2040-cars
Memphis, Tennessee, United States
This has all the important options everyone wants! 4x4 Diesel, CrewCab an Longbed with Dual Wheels.....all with out all the New Emmission Requirments they put on new diesels these days...This is one of the best Fuel MPGs you can get...the Duramax with the Allison Transmission is an AWESOME COMBO...I know bc Ive owned several diesel trucks.. Very Good Truck! I am the 2nd Owner..Its Never has been in a wreck....This Truck is one of the nicest Duallys this age you will find. I keep everything I own in excellent condition an in tip top shape, I do not own junk...the driver seat was starting to show some wear, so I had a guy do a complete interior job an put new leather on the seats about 8 months ago just bc the wear on the seat bothered me...All the seats look NEW......On a scale of 1-10. Mechanically the truck is a 10! I work all over the country an have to make sure she is dependable an ready to go at a minutes notice, to drive across country....it just had about $8000 worth of engine work done to it by the dealer about 2 years ago...all new injectors an fuel system.. also the transmission was replaced about 3 years ago....cosmetically its a 9 out of 10..(it will have a normal little knicks an dings an scratches here an there but nothing at all major, it still looks really good. It has no check engine lights or ABS or any of that stuff on the dash...infact, I just paid $1100 trying to figure out why the ABS light was on, bc I wanted it fixed before I sold it, anyways after a lot of trouble shooting they just replaced the abs module an problem was fixed... (all to just get a light off bc it drove me crazy ) Its been maintained by the dealer most all its life.... The tires are 10ply an about 6 months old an they are nice aggressive styled tires, but they go down the hwy nice an don't make that annoying humming sound the mud tires do... EVERYTHING works the way it should, AC Heat 4x4 power windows an locks an seats etc........ Everything that has ever needed to be done to the truck has been, the shocks an suspension are great, the breaks are good, I have NEVER had a programmer on it..it is literally better than a truck with a 100k miles on it, bc everything has already been done, fixed or replaced on it that goes wrong with them.....even the steering is nice an tight... It is paid for an I have the title in my possession. You WILL NOT find a better/nicer truck for the price, there is no reason to buy a new one when you can own one of these for ALOT less an still accomplish the same things..Driving this truck you would never know the miles on it.... I hate having to sell things an dealing with tirekickers an timewasters... I dont want to fool around with an " auction" (even tho it would probably bring more) SO, Ive put a LOW; FIRM "Buy it Now" Price to make sure I have a quick ,hassle free sale in the next couple of DAYS, not weeks.....if you have been looking for one like this at a bargain,...HERE IT IS!..BUY IT....You Wont be Disappointed...I wanted to price it low enough that even if you live far away, its still worth your wild to come get it, after transport cost.... This is not an auction, you don't have to wait for the time to count down on the listing, you can own it right now for this price!...Im Only selling it bc I have too, I have some BIG Bills coming due soon an NEED the money..So Im selling everything I can possible do without at the moment...
ALSO, I'll throw this out there incase it helps sell it, Since work is slow, I would be open to delivering it to you ..You can call me an well discuss what a fair delivery price would be depending on where your located...(ofcourse everything would have to be paid for in full before it left to come to you.....no exceptions..) OR your welcome to pick it up in person at our farm about an hour east of Memphis Tn.. terms of sale $500 nonrefundable due immediately an remainder paid with in 72hrs. cash, no checks. sold as is. thanks for reading an happy ebaying.. |

Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]
Sun, 03 Feb 2013The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. You can head over to the Auctions America site for more information. You can also check out the trailer for The Hunter below.
GM takes heat for aborted Silverado riff on 'Boston Strong' at World Series
Thu, 31 Oct 2013During game five of the World Series, Chevrolet was set to do a spot of marketing for the 2014 Silverado - fans at Busch Stadium in St. Louis would hold up placards that spelled out the words "Silverado Strong," a theme that Chevy has been promoting since the Silverado's launch with the song "Strong," by Will Hoge. The St. Louis promo was ultimately called off, though, over concerns that it'd be insensitive to the visiting Boston Red Sox. (You can see the image of what the stunt would have looked like above, courtesy of one timely Reddit user.)
Now, the Busch Stadium stunt might not have been a big deal, had the St. Louis Cardinals not been playing the Boston Red Sox. Following the tragic events in Boston during the marathon back in April, the phrase "Boston Strong" gained traction among the city's citizens, especially at sporting events. So, you can imagine that Chevy's appropriation of the phrase might not sit well with some fans.
The stunt was ultimately shelved after images of the signs went viral before the game, leading to a bit of a public backlash. Chevy spokesperson Michael Albano said of the promo that it was meant to show the brand's "commitment to baseball and its fans." But after the images went viral, the company "realized there was the possibility that we may offend some of the very fans we were trying to honor," Albano told Automotive News via email.
Corvette Stingray Shooting Brake under consideration by Callaway [w/poll]
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Callaway has released a few renderings of a design study for a shooting brake version of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The company says it wants to create a long-roof version of America's sports car to offer buyers more interior room and a vehicle with "unique style." The company says it will use structural carbon fiber for the new body bits, which suggests the conversion shouldn't add too much more weight to the Corvette. Along with a few mechanical tweaks, the Callaway Corvette Stingray AeroWagon could breeze past the 200 miles per hour barrier.
Provided that they get enough interest, Callaway estimates they will be able to effect the changes on the Chevrolet for around $15,000, and says the conversion work should be available through its network of dealers. You can check out the brief press release below for more information, or head over to the Callaway site to plunk down a deposit - but before you do, we want to know... do you find this C7 wagon interesting?
