I have a 1999 2DR Tahoe. I bought this truck a year ago to replace my Cadillac and Jeep. But can't seem to let the Jeep go so selling the Tahoe and restoring the Jeep! This is an AMAZING truck and sure you won't find a better one! I will miss this truck as soon as its gone... 1999 2 door 4x4 LS Trim (Power everything, windows, locks, etc) L31 @ 124xxx miles. (I drive it daily so mileage will increase slightly) This has the rare "AUTO 4x4" option as well. "Everything Works!" -Upgraded to aftermarket 17" Escalade style wheels with matching full size spare. -265/70/17 BFG ATs (near new only 7K on them) -Front end recently rebuilt -A/C blows ice cold (Condenser and Dryer replace in 2013) Serviced June 2014. -Aftermarket chrome front grill with Westin Bull Bar/fog lights and side bars. -New brakes, battery. -3" lift in front/4" in rear. -Full Tow package. With trailer brake Electric controller. -Transfer fully serviced in June 2014. Tune-Up in May 2014 (All Dealer Serviced) **Got a great deal on a new headlight set for $75 so it now has new headlights, blinkers and reflectors up front. Nothing wrong with the old ones. These were just new and crystal clear ! Bad: -Carpet has a few stains.Not bad but a few. It is a 1999... -Drivers door seal is worn at the bottom. (Have new seal in truck, just not installed yet) -And that's about it! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.
