2006 Trailblazer SS. 6.0l auto trans. AWD. New Michelin tires. Front and Rear diff have been replaced at a dealership with brand new Gm units. LS2's are NOTORIOUS for lifter failure. All lifters have been replaced with LS7 lifters. The tires, diffs, and cost to replace lifters are worth OVER half what I'm asking for the whole SUV.

Paint is an 8 out of 10. There are are a few minor scratches and one small place on the passenger side rear 1/4 at the Tail light. Barely noticeable.

Interior is a 9-10. Black leather. Steering wheel radio controls. 2SS package. Every option but sunroof and XM. The power button on the radio is faded. There is also an Ipod/Iphone interface cable installed.

This SS runs and drives EXCELLENT. I hate to sell it, but need to get rid of the payment.

If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.

Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
All Chevrolet vehicles were required to have five-spoke aluminum wheels and a chrome band up front, as part of the Bowtie brand's overall image.

Hurst Edition Trans Am proves the Screaming Chicken will rise from the ashes

It seems the Pontiac Trans Am steadfastly refuses to die. Ever since Chevrolet was granted a retrofied Camaro to compete with the Ford Mustang, Pontiac lovers have lamented the loss of this 1970s icon. And, looking at the Hurst Edition from Trans Am Depot, shown here at the 2012 SEMA Show, may explain what all the fuss is about.
It's not going to appeal to everyone's muscle-car tastes, but there's certainly room for a brash-and-bold black-and-gold Special Edition in many a Trans Am lover's garage.
