I financed this car at the end of March from Zimmer Motors in Florence, Ky. This was my dream car. My father passed away at the end of April and the dream quickly turned into a nightmare as now my mom was struggling to make ends meet after the death of my dad. So, I have to do the unthinkable and that is sell my car. For those of you who are truly interested in purchasing this vehicle, I have a 16, 476.35 payoff good until 9-25-13. For those who are not really interested, please don't even bother reading further. I've already dealt with you when selling my beloved Mecedes in the beginning of March to put down on this one. So, for you interested, she came to me with a scratch on the rear and one tiny scratch on the front, there are no other noticeable flaws. The interior is pristine just like new. She came with a car cover which I have stowed in the basement as I have a garage, I have only driven this car to work and back every weekday, about 8 miles one way and on the weekends I do errands for mom and use her car. I haven't even had this car over 50 except when I brought her home, I had to take the expressway and still have no idea what she can do. But she is set up just like my Mercedes Kompressor was so I know she is fast for sure. The tires are like new and the wheels are beautiful. I've had the top down only twice and it is fun. The a/c is ice cold and the heat is just fine to. As I said, this is like a brand new vehicle. Jeep follows up Super Bowl spot with call to help the USO
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Once again, Chrysler had one of the most talked about Super Bowl commercials with its two-minute Whole Again Jeep spot, which was used to highlight its Operation SAFE Return program for US military personnel returning home from active duty. As part of this campaign, Jeep announced today that it will be donating up to $300,000 to the United Services Organizations (USO), and you can help.
Simply tweet using the #joinOSR hashtag on Twitter, visit the Yahoo! homepage or go to the Jeep Operation SAFE Return website, and Jeep will donate $1 to a fund that provides returning troops things like employment assistance and incentives to buy new vehicles. Jeep is also donating to this charity to the tune of $250 for each Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited (including the Freedom Edition model) and Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition model sold.
2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat revealed [UPDATE]
Wed, 13 Aug 2014Almost immediately after we drove the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, we began wondering: what's next? Pumping 707 horsepower into the Challenger seemed so crazy - and so intoxicating - we just assumed that Dodge would try that trick again.
Rumors swirled about a Charger Hellcat. Frankly it makes even more sense than the Challenger version. The Charger is a bigger car, and Dodge has never been shy about dropping monster engines under its hood. Hell (cat), we've seen Charger mules running around town that appeared to be the super sedan.
And finally, it's here. The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat was revealed today at a preview event near Detroit, and it will be a centerpiece of the Chrysler display this weekend at the Woodward Dream Cruise.
Ferrari to be spun off from Fiat Chrysler
Wed, 29 Oct 2014The recently merged Fiat Chrysler Automobiles empire has ambitious plans for growth, and it's going to need some big bucks in its coffers in order to enact them. Part of that cash injection is coming from the floating of its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, but now FCA has announced a further capital campaign to be based on the enormous asset that is Ferrari.
FCA's board of directors has just approved the separation of Ferrari from the rest of the group as a separate entity. Once that separation is complete, Ferrari will put 10 percent of its shares on the stock market "in the United States and possibly a European exchange" as well.
This isn't the first time that the idea of a Ferrari IPO has been raised. Sergio Marchionne, chief executive of Chrysler, Fiat and Ferrari (pictured above), first raised the idea four years ago. Former Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo nixed the idea, but now that he's been discharged, it appears there's nothing to get in the way of Marchionne's desires.
