2010 Dodge Challenger Srt8 Coupe 2-door 6.1l on 2040-cars

Year:2010 Mileage:4286
Location:

Northville, Michigan, United States

Northville, Michigan, United States

This challenger is as good as it gets.  I have owned the car since 2011. Only 4200 miles. The car is perfect inside and out. It still smells like a brand new car. From the miles on the odometer you can see that the car is rarely driven. The reserve price  is reasonable. Any one who is seriously looking at an SRT 8 challenger 6.1 litre Hemi with a  6 speed manual transmission, knows what it is, so please, no low ball offers and no test pilots.   MSRP was $46,785. Someone is going to get a like new car for a great price.

If you haven't seen this color in person, you really should.   Photos do not capture the striking, unique color of this car.  You will love driving it, as well as pampering it.   YES, it gets a lot of attention and yes it has unbelievable hemi power.

This car is indistinguishable from new.  It has never been driven in the rain or snow, never tracked or in an accident.   You could eat from the wheel wells.  All available options are on the car.   It has High Performance Audio with 730N media center, subwoofer,  6- speed Manual with hill assist, and Power Sunroof.   It is all factory stock except for an OEM Mopar air intake and OEM factory installed exhaust.

Clear  title in hand. Inspections by you, or a representative is welcomed and encouraged.   The car is in Northville, Mi  (25 minute west of detroit and 25 minutes from DTW airport).

Naturally, the car is sold as- is, where is. The mileage might increase a bit before final sale. The car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I reserve the right to cancel bids from 0 or negative feedback bidders. I am open to reasonable offers if you want to end the auction early. Call Joe at (734) 564-4319  with any questions or concerns

I love cars and am a private seller, not a dealer.   The reserve is rational, and under blue book.   Please see my ebay reviews on transactions I've bought or sold in the past, and bid with confidence.  No disappointments with this gorgeous Challenger! Please do not bid on the car if you do not have the funds to purchase.

On Apr-15-14 at 09:20:23 PDT, seller added the following information:

When I purchased the SRT from the dealer, it included a certificate for a full synthetic oil change at no charge, Its not due for another 11k miles. New owner gets that certificate. I also have the stock dual exhaust system, it's included in the sale.

Mopar rolls out new Scat Packages for Dodge Challenger, Charger and Dart

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

Dodge buyers looking for that extra performance edge, take note: Mopar is bringing back the Scat Pack. Announced at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas today, the new Scat Packages will be available in three stages for the Challenger, Charger and Dart starting next spring.
Upgrades for the Charger and Challenger equipped with the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine include a
new cold-air intake and cat-back exhaust, as well as a remapped ECU. Upgrade to the Scat Package 2 and you get a new camshaft, and the Scat Package 3 tosses in ported and polished heads and hi-flow headers. Upgrades for the Dart GT with the smaller 2.4-liter, four-cylinder Tigershark engine with six-speed manual transmission start with a cold-air intake, short-throw shifter and upgraded brakes. The second stage kicks in a remapped ECU and cat-back exhaust, while the Scat Package 3 for the Dart gives you even bigger brakes, an adjustable suspension and sway bars front and rear.

Chop the top of your new Dodge Viper for $35,000

Mon, 21 Jul 2014

We have good news, and we have bad news. First, the good: It's now possible to get a brand-new Dodge Viper roadster, which is nice, considering we're in the dead of summer and many of us like wind-in-the-hair motoring. Now, the bad: This is not a factory option from the automaker, instead coming courtesy of an aftermarket company called Prefix Performance, and that means it's going to cost you some serious coin.
Called Medusa, this drop-top Viper was created without the knowledge or consent of Dodge, but that's probably fine because Prefix works with the automaker already for the final preparation of the American supercar, including paint. According to the company, the current, fifth-gen Viper was built with a convertible version in mind, so no chassis strengthening is required. From the looks of the somewhat grainy photos available, the conversion appears of very high quality.
Want one? Well, that means you're going to need to procure a Viper - Prefix has 10 units ready for transformation as it stands - and that's going to cost at the very least $102,485. Then, you'll need to write a check for an additional $35,000 for Prefix to surgically remove the car's roof. Thing is, for that kind of cash, a prospective owner could buy, among other very nice options, a Viper hardtop and a loaded Miata, or a Corvette Stingray convertible and several pockets full of change. Or, perhaps a new Viper hardtop and a used, first-gen Viper convertible?

Dodge unveils Special Service Durango for government fleets

Fri, 18 Oct 2013

Straight off its refresh, the Dodge Durango is slipping back into its dress blues and getting back to work. The 2014 Dodge Durango Special Service Vehicle boasts all the refinements and improvements that the refreshed, civilian-spec model received, most notably a 15-percent improvement in fuel economy.
Designed for police and fire departments, and as Chrysler's answer to the Ford Police Interceptor Utility and Chevrolet Tahoe PPV in the growing service SUV market, the Durango boasts a 600-mile range, thanks to the addition of an eight-speed automatic, available on both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Equipped with the 360-horsepower Hemi, the Durango SSV can tow up to 7,400 pounds (the V6 is limited to 6,200 pounds).
Police and fire department Durangos get a few special features over the civilian models. The electric systems are ruggedized, with a heavy duty battery and a 220-amp alternator in place, while the engine's water pump and oil cooler are both stronger. The brakes are tougher, and a load-leveling suspension has been fitted, too.
