Up for auction is a 2009 Dodge Charger "SRT8 Look" 4 door sedan. Charcoal Grey with Ebony/Black/Grey Leather interior.

I purchased this car for my son with very minor damage to the front end. (He ended up getting a Jetta Wagon for college and never drove the Charger )

Instead of replacing it with the standard Charger bumper and hood, I upgraded it to the SRT8 Front bumper, Grille and Hood (the hood is Carbon Fiber and looks incredible!) I also added the "My Gig Navigation Entertainment System" to it as well. We also upgraded the wheels with OEM SRT8 Wheels and tires (They only have 300 miles on them)

Another addition was the rear SRT8 spoiler and rear bumper trim.

Then I purchased a brand new Magnaflow Exhaust system. Which has a better sound to it than stock. Also added was a cold air intake kit under the hood.

I have only a put a few hundred miles on this car and it is really very close to new condition. I would rate it a 9.9 out of 10! I do have a car cover for it as well.  It has been sitting in my garage covered up for the past couple of years. There is nothing wrong with this car. It runs and drives PERFECT!

This vehicle qualifies for an extended warranty and is available from where I work. This car has it all (5.7L Hemi, Auto Trans, PDL, PW, PS, Automatic dual zone climate control, heated seats, navigation, leather interior, tilt wheel, cruise, power mirrors, carbon fiber hood, SRT8 feature include: Wheels, Tires, Front Bumper, Grille, Hood, Spoiler, Rear Bumper Trim and Badging).  The only thing this car does not have is a sunroof. All work was done  professionally by the company that does all the work for the local Mercedes Dealer - Elite Custom in Simpsonville, SC

I've got over $25k invested in this car but just don't have a need for it. It's almost too nice to sell that's why I have not been able to part with it. But cash is tight and it is going to have to go. Feel free to ask any questions or call me at 864-616-7529 Thanks for looking! Tom

2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat gets brace of new videos

Wed, 21 May 2014

Yesterday's big announcement focusing on the new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat had plenty of stuff going for it - information, pictures and the rabid enthusiasm that always accompanies such an eagerly anticipated reveal. What it was lacking, though, was a proliferation of videos of the new model.
Sure, yesterday's news came with one clip, but today, Dodge has come through with five videos. We've arranged them in what we think will be the most entertaining order, covering the powertrain, before moving on to exterior and interior design, then on to a full CGI dissection of the SRT Hellcat before capping things off with a piece on the non-supercharged Challenger SRT392.
Take a look below for all five videos, then head into Comments and let us know what you think.

Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango to lose color options temporarily

Wed, 19 Nov 2014

In the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Dodge Durango? Well, if you fancy a more expressive color for your new SUV, you'd better get your order in, or plan on waiting until well into 2015.
The SUVs will be limited to just four monochromatic shades - black, white, silver and gray - until at least February, thanks to an upgrade to the paint shop at the two vehicles' Jefferson North factory. For the Grand Cherokee, that means it's losing more than half its color palette while the Durango is dropping two-thirds of its color catalog.
The loss of colors is inconvenient, but the upgrade will have a slightly bigger effect on the overall supply of SUVs, as Chrysler will need to end its relentless build pace at the factory for a three-week shutdown starting on December 22. The good news for fans of the SUVs is that once the work is completed, we should see a gradual expansion of the color palettes for both the Durango and Grand Cherokee, beyond even what's offered now.

QB says University of Alabama offered him a Corvette to play football

Fri, 16 May 2014

The University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team could be in some hot water, following a pair of posts on social media.
The first post was sure to raise a few eyebrows on its own. It's an Instagram of sophomore running back Derrick Henry standing in front of his new Dodge Challenger (we're guessing it's an R/T based on the fender stripes). Complete with a custom set of wheels, the image was enough to trigger more than a few questions about where an unemployed student-athlete came up with the money for such a purchase. Now, this could be harmless. Henry, flush with a full-ride to Bama could have convinced his parents to get him something nice with his college fund.
The second post, though, is a straight-up accusation. It comes from former West Virginia Mountaineer and current CFL quarterback Pat White, who posted the following on his Facebook page.
