1971 Dodge Charger Charger on 2040-cars
Stoneboro, Pennsylvania, United States
Feel free to ask me any questions about the car : novanggable@ukswimmers.com .
Stunning Red 1971 Charger Super Bee this car is not a clone or a want to be. The Charger
started out life as a 383 Magnum with of all things a three speed transmission. Which both are long gone. They have
been replaced by a 1970 440 Six Pac engine and Four Speed Transmission.
The Charger has new legendary seats. The carpet, headliner and door panels are fine. The dash has no cracks. All
windows roll up and down as they should wipers work and all lights work. Although the gas gauge works sometimes.
The Charger runs down the road absolutely flawless does not wander or tend to go to one side or the other.
Also , it has a new steering box and power steering pump , the disc brakes have new Calipers and pads the rear
brakes have also been gone through. There are many new suspension parts along with new shocks at all four corners.
The car is equipped with a new custom-made exhaust system.
This Charger Super Bee's motor has been recently rebuilt. Six Pac set up works absolutely terrific the clutch and
transmission also function nicely. There is absolutely no rust on this car, it is not filled with bondo or plastic
filler , although I'm sure in its life, it has had a few bumps and bruises but there is no indication of any major
accident or replacement parts anywhere on the body. The red paint has a beautiful shine with very few
imperfections.
Here is a very desirable Charger Super Bee 440 6 Pac four-speed for half the price of an original Six Pac code car.

Are you the Dodge Dart SRT4?
Tue, 08 Jan 2013Dodge has just confirmed that it will be bringing its newest Dart variant, the Dart GT, to Detroit next week, but we're still in the dark about when we'll see a truly hotted-up SRT4 version. But now, by way of the rumormill anyway, we've got at least one proposed, potentially Dodge-based rendering to light our way.
Seen here is what would appear to be a design sketch of the SRT4 Dart. Obviously the image that has surfaced is of rather low-resolution, but there's at least some evidence to support that it may be legitimate. In the original picture, one can just make out the name Tim Doyle in the lower right corner. As it turns out, Tim Doyle's name is also watermarked on the final design image for the 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel Black & Tan, a model that was shown at SEMA in 2010.
Of course, even if this really is the work of Doyle, there's nothing to say that this image isn't one of a great many potential looks for the future SRT4. In fact, the departure of the cross-hair grille from the Dodge's nose seems like it could be a hard sell, though we do, naturally, dig the sleek hood scoop and the bulked up wheel/tire combination.
We cruised Woodward in the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat [w/video]
Tue, 19 Aug 2014
We were definitely rock stars at the 20th edition of the Dream Cruise.
The yell came from somewhere in the crowd: "Hey Hellcat, push it!" We obliged with a jab of the throttle, and the 707 horses of the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat roared to life. It went on like this. All weekend. It's one thing to attend the Woodward Dream Cruise, it's quite another to star in it.
25,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango SUVs recalled over brake feel
Mon, 10 Mar 2014Chrysler has announced that it is recalling over 25,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango SUVs from several markets over concerns about brake feel under hard braking. The affected models are from the 2012 and 2013 model years, although the actual dates of production aren't available. 18,700 are in the US, while 825 are in Canada, 530 are in Mexico and a further 5,200 outside of North America.
According to a statement, Chrysler was informed of the issue by a component supplier for the Ready Alert Braking system, which primes the brakes in anticipation of an emergency stop. A component in the system was restricting the flow of brake fluid too much.
As Chrysler is quick to point out, the way the brakes functioned was in compliance with regulations and there are no reported cases of drivers losing braking power. Instead, the issue rests with what Chrysler calls a pedal feel that "was not consistent with customer expectations." So it would seem Chrysler is being proactive and fixing a problem not because there's a legal issue at work, but simply because it doesn't feel the way the manufacturer wants it to. Well done.
