Let me start by saying I've loved this car and babied her from day one. Never had a single accident, and packed her with extras. I don't post on CL much so I'm probably missing things, feel free to ask questions. The car is worth $22,000 as it stands now, NADA guide lists it as $14,750 with nothing aftermarket. Asking 15,000 or best offer. There are two scratches on the passenger side, I will provide pictures if you want. You may also see the car in person, parked at River of Life Martial Arts and Wellness Center, 321 Morris Road, Fort Washington 19002. Ask for Sensei David Goldberg, he has an extra key.

Additional Pictures Can Be Found Here: http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/3981693479.html

The car is extremely clean, since 2006 I've never allowed food or drink inside
Only 53,000 miles on her, just driving to/from work and around town
As for performance aftermarket parts:
K&N Cold Air Intake System
Diablo Predator Tuned for optimal throttle at 89 octane, (and max speed limit removed, i tested it up to 145mph and felt like it had room left)
FlowMaster American Thunder Catback dual exhaust

And for the Sound System, which I've invested nearly $12,000 in: (it's been worth every penny)
TWO JL 12W7 Subwoofers
TWO JL Amplifiers (1000/1 and a 300/4 hidden behind rear seats)
Alpine IVA-D300 touchscreen head unit
SIX Boston Pro Z6 speakers
All JL Wiring
5 Farad Capacitor
THREE layers of dynamat soundproofing throughout trunk/doors/etc
Optima yellowtop battery (from back when optima was still a good company)
plus much more, still have the receipts

You really need to hear it to appreciate it fully, but be warned you will go deaf LONG before the system gets to max volume.
email me on here or call me at 215-five seven two-4123 if you want more pictures or to come check it out

Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat ringtone revs up [w/video]

Wed, 30 Jul 2014

The best (or worst, depending on your views) thing about smartphones is that you're able to carry lots, and lots of useful stuff around in your pocket. That means you can always have a phone, messaging service, email, flashlight, calculator, dictionary, encyclopedia, and literally thousands of other things on your person at all times. Now, we can add one more thing for you to carry about in your little slab of aluminum, glass and plastic - a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
Now, you obviously can't carry around a 707-horsepower muscle car around in your pocket. That'd be ridiculous, impractical and uncomfortable. You can, however, carry around the noise made by said muscle car's 6.2-liter, supercharged Hemi V8, thanks to a new, free-to-download ringtone from the folks at Dodge and SRT.
We can't embed the ringtone here, so if you'd like to hear exactly how it'll sound when your phone goes off, you'll need to head over to the SRT Hellcat's page. If that's more trouble than it's worth, the same ringtone was attached to a tiny speaker on the press kit for the mighty Challenger, and was captured on video by our own Seyth Miersma (don't worry, he's already been soundly dressed down for shooting a video in portrait mode).

South Dakota dealer filled to brim with classic cars

Wed, 12 Mar 2014

Other than the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Mount Rushmore, South Dakota isn't generally a hot topic, but that just means that cool stuff can hide in the open waiting to be discovered. Case in point: the classic car dealer Frankman Motor Company that operates three locations in Sioux Falls, SD.
Unearthed by the folks at Bring a Trailer, Frankman is a treasure trove of vintage, American iron. Their collection is full of the type of vehicles your irresponsible but cool uncle would show up with when you were a kid. Even better, these cars are priced at a level a working man can afford.
If you are lusting about a cruiser then Frankman has a 1956 Cadillac Deville Hard Top Sedan (pictured right) with 82,896 miles for $12,975. It's painted a color called Cascade Grey, but looks more like a pastel purple in pictures. While it needs some repairs to the accessories, the Caddy runs and drives, which is all you really need.

Chrysler celebrates 30 years of minivans with special editions

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

It's been known by many names: the Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, Chrysler Voyager, Lancia Voyager, Volkswagen Routan, Ram Cargo Van... but the bottom line is that Chrysler's minivans have defined the segment for 30 years now. In fact, Chrysler says it has sold 13 million of them since 1983, helped along by the Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan that accounted for nearly half of all minivans sold in the United States just last year. So to celebrate this three-decade milestone, the Auburn Hills auto has announced a pair of new special editions.
The 2014 Chrysler Town & Country 30th Anniversary Edition starts the Touring-L trim and includes such special touches as 17-inch wheels, unique badging, available Granite Crystal Pearl paint and an interior decked out in black Alcantara and Nappa leather, piano black trim and all the optional bells and whistles bundled in.
The 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary Edition, meanwhile, starts off with either the SE or SXT trims and also upgrades with 17-inch alloys as well as color-keyed mirrors and an interior with silver stitching, piano black trim, power everything, and of course, those special badges.
