The car has 100,000 miles on it, the engine less than 1,000. The original block was machined and bored .040 over , reburnished,polished, and balanced steel crank installed. Original X heads completely rebuilt, ported. polished and new forged pistons 10.25/1 compression Edelbrock Torker Intake. Radiator boiled and cleaned ,New distributor , New electronic ignition and high performance coil. New Powder coated headers. Plowtech exhaust with chrome Mopar tips. Engine bay restored and painted in FE5 Rally Red .New flywheel and stall converter . New starter,battery, and fuel pump. Balanced driveshaft with new U-Joints . New rear axles, studs and leafs. New shocks front and rear . Front end Torsion bar adjusted . New third member 3.23 Sure-Grip Posi. I could go on and on ' I hold receipts for over $17,000 worth of parts and work done on this car. I have many extra parts including 2 tires, several radios , emblems, AC refurbished parts , Plus many more. The only reason I am trying to sell this car is that I just got a Yamaha Warrior and I don't drive the Dart very often anymore. I added a pic of the dash. Body is good and solid NO Rust. Dodge Journey gets new $24,895* SE V6 AWD model
Wed, 12 Mar 2014While the Dodge Journey crossover remains largely unchanged for the 2014 model year, there are two new flavors of the seven-passenger CUV on offer: the butch-looking Crossroad, and the SE V6 AWD, pictured right, which makes its debut today. As its name suggests, this new Journey model features the automaker's 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and offers all-wheel drive, which, with a starting price of $24,895 (*excluding $995 for destination), reduces the cost-of-entry for an AWD-equipped Journey by $1,800 versus the SXT AWD model. Chrysler recalling 2009-2010 Ram 1500, Dodge Dakota pickups over axle pinion nut
Mon, 08 Oct 2012Chrysler is issuing a recall for the 2009 and 2010 Ram 1500 and Dodge Dakota pickup trucks due to improper installation of the rear axle pinion nut. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a total of 44,300 trucks are affected by the recall, and there have been 12 confirmed incidents including one crash.
The issue on both trucks is that the pinion nut is loosening on some trucks due to a lack of thread adhesive, and it is causing the rear axle to lock up resulting in loss of vehicle control. NHTSA's recall notice says that eight incidents occurred at speeds over 35 miles per hour and most also exhibited driveshaft failures as well since the loss of the pinion nut would cause the gear to separate from the driveshaft. In one complaint, the driveshaft separated from the rear axle and punctured the gas tank.
Chrysler will begin sending out recall notices to affected owners in November, but scroll down to see the official NHTSA notice.
