Beautiful 8 ' Bed

Hello ,

And thank you for checking out our auction for this great, vintage 1977 Dodge pick-up. This is a D-100, made before dodge started manufacturing the RAM. It has a solid 8 foot bed. The body is in Great shape for its age with no rust holes. The body, bed and frame are SOLID!!! It has the famous Dodge 360 motor  with 108,000 miles. The instrument panel came disconnected last week while trying to fix the radio so it is no longer working, however I bought the truck with it working and haven't put 500 miles on it since. Instrument panel should work if you hook up wires. It is PA inspected till November 2014 . It is Emissions exempt because of its age (37 years old). The truck came with the aux. fuel tank behind the drivers seat. I took the tank out for safety reasons, but still have the aux. fuel tank if you want it. It has the Gold on Tan paint scheme. The truck tends to hesitate at stop signs when the motors cold. Truck has many new parts; Battery, Alternator, fuel pump, fuel lines all the way to the tank, brake booster and master cylinder, radiator, ETC. I also have the original head liner and a custom diamond plate headliner for it.

I have over $4000 in it to date. We have a very low minimum bid and the reserve is low. If you want to buy it outright make an offer.

This is a true MOPAR survivor in good shape. It would make a great restoration project or work truck. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, as we always answer all questions openly , honestly and to the best of our knowledge. It is located in New Sewickley Township, in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

  Thanks for looking,

Hello,

We have received quite a few questions about this truck. To answer your questions, It has (I believe) the factory Holley 2 barrel carburetor , it runs and drives but hesitates at stop signs sometimes (will probably need some TLC to make it a daily driver), and yes the truck has 107,000 original miles (but I broke the speedo 2 weeks ago).  And the bed is 8 foot and I was told it was factory rust-proofed. The interior is all factory. If you guys have any more questions , please feel free to ask.

Thanks again and BID NOW !!!!

Redonkulous Dodge Charger is ridin' high

Wed, 18 Sep 2013

We're a bit hazy on the styling of this particular donk, which was recently spotted hashing about by HotCarsTV at the Southern Heritage Classic Car show in Memphis. Sporting a dope paint job and some wheels that make a blunt statement about what the driver enjoys, it's a unique take on the popular customizing trend.
The owner may be kiefing it real with the theme on this Dodge Charger, but when your car looks like this, it's easy to weed out from the crowd. Chronic police stops must also make it a pain to drive on a regular basis, though. Even with the big wheels, we bet the driver still finds time to light 'em up. Take a look down below for a brief video of this outrageous mean green machine on the road.

MotorWeek proves '90s were awesome with Supra, Stealth, RX-7, Corvette, 968, 300ZX comparo

Thu, 24 Jul 2014

Oh, the heady days of 1993, back when the Clinton Presidency was just getting underway, and it seemed like every hot new rock band was coming out of Seattle. Sports cars in the US had finally shaken off the shackles that slowed them during the '70s and '80s, and you could buy any number of legitimately quick vehicles again. MotorWeek recently went digging into its archives to find this six-model test from 1993 showing off some of the best semi-affordable performance coupes that money could buy at the time, and it's priceless.
Featuring the 1994 model year Toyota Supra in twin-turbo guise and MY 1993 versions of the Porsche 968, Nissan 300ZX TT, Mazda RX-7, Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo and Chevrolet Corvette LT-1, MotorWeek definitely covered all of the bases. One thing that might surprise younger readers is these cars' performance. The video only provides 0-60 acceleration times, but several of these vehicles would still be considered pretty potent today - over 20 years since going on sale. The Supra is especially impressive, hitting 60 miles per hour in just 5 seconds. Even today, that's nothing to sneeze at.
Given their performance potential and still-attractive looks, it's amazing that some of these coupes are old enough to drink now. The progress of interior design and safety equipment in the intervening years is pretty shocking, though. In most of these models, having two airbags is touted as a big deal. Scroll down to watch a Throwback Thursday blast from the past about some of the '90s best sports cars.

QB says University of Alabama offered him a Corvette to play football

Fri, 16 May 2014

The University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team could be in some hot water, following a pair of posts on social media.
The first post was sure to raise a few eyebrows on its own. It's an Instagram of sophomore running back Derrick Henry standing in front of his new Dodge Challenger (we're guessing it's an R/T based on the fender stripes). Complete with a custom set of wheels, the image was enough to trigger more than a few questions about where an unemployed student-athlete came up with the money for such a purchase. Now, this could be harmless. Henry, flush with a full-ride to Bama could have convinced his parents to get him something nice with his college fund.
The second post, though, is a straight-up accusation. It comes from former West Virginia Mountaineer and current CFL quarterback Pat White, who posted the following on his Facebook page.
