2000 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Dually! No Reserve! on 2040-cars

Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States

2000 Dodge Ram 3500 Dual Rear Wheel 4x4 with 8' Long Bed Pick-Up Truck.

Please note this truck was built in Canada and the mileage listed is actually kilometers.  The mileage listed shows up on the title, but is really kilometers.  If you convert the kilometers to miles, i.e. multiply by 0.62, you get 100,300 miles or thereabouts.  There are no warranties with this truck, it has been my daily driver and has always ran great and has never left me sit.  But, that's all I can say about any used vehicle.  I make no predictions about the future.

This truck has just been listed locally and I reserve the right to cancel this auction should it sell.

This truck has been my work truck in my landscaping/remodeling business from which I am retiring.  It is big, strong, and reliable.  I have maintained this truck very well and am going outside to do an oil change on it as soon as I post this ad.  It hauls my 16' mulch trailer like it isn't even there.  Rides like a 4WD Cadillac and has all the bells and whistles.  I am the second owner of this truck.  The original owner bought it in Canada and towed a Gooseneck horse trailer with it and I got it when he moved down here.  The truck has average surface rust for it's age on the frame, but my mechanic says it's nothing structural and better than most.  Minimal rust on bottom of rear passenger door area.  Front tires are close to new.  Back tires vary and I would recommend replacing them before next winter.  The plastic rain visor on the drivers side window needs replaced, probably costs $15 to $20.  Drivers side leather seat shows average wear for age and there are various scratches and small dings in and around the bed.  Bed has rubber bed liner and Gooseneck attachment.  Factory towing package and electric brakes.  ABS light comes on about once a month due to a bad or dirty sensor, says my mechanic.  The code is P0720.  Sometimes it stays off for a month, sometimes it comes on twice in a day.  It never bothered me and doesn't have anything to do with the safety inspection in Pennsylvania.  It has new brake calipers on the front and almost all new brake lines.  Power steering pump was replaced two months ago.  Air conditioner blows cold and the heater is hot.  Heated seats work, power seats work, everything works as it should.  The headliner fabric above the driver is ripped and there are teeth marks from an energetic dog at the top of the door area.  Truck comes with a tanneau cover that is not currently installed. Missing both center hub caps on front.  I would recommend this as a good, strong work truck.  The V-10 Magnum pulls like a diesel without all the noise.  This truck is nice and quiet.  Arm rest between front seats flips down with storage compartment inside.  This truck was recently inspected and is good in Pennsylvania until January 2015!  Had a new battery last summer.  The dash is cracked and steering wheel cover is worn.  This truck has never had a plow on it and the front end is tight.

Please keep in mind that this truck has been well maintained, but used for work and has average scrapes and wear for it's model year.  This truck is used, not new.  I will try to depict every angle I can, if you want any additional photos or any close-ups, please text me at 717-554-0418 and mention eBay and I will be happy to forward them to you.

This truck will include an extra set of obviously uninstalled Wearever Gold Brake Pads which I had purchased thinking I would need them for inspection, but my mechanic said they were fine.  I can't find the receipt, so that's my loss and your gain!  If you want to work out of this truck, for an additional $600, I will include 2 top side boxes and an adjustable ladder rack.

Winner must pay $500 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of the auctions close.

If you have a low feedback score, please contact us before bidding or we will cancel your bid.  PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS VEHICLE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE CASH ON HAND TO PAY FOR IT!  I OFFER NO FINANCING!  PLEASE DON'T ASK.

Help find Kenny Wayne Shepherd's stolen 1972 Dodge Charger

Mon, 11 Nov 2013

Judging by his collection of cars, blues musician Kenny Wayne Shepherd (shown above, at left, with fellow musician George Thorogood) is an enthusiast of classic Dodge muscle cars, so it's no surprise that he is an active member of Mopar-related online communities. When his 1972 Dodge Charger turned up missing from an LA-area warehouse last Wednesday, Shepherd took to the forums of Moparts.org in an attempt to get the word out in hopes of recovering his custom classic.
The Charger was stolen along with four other vehicles, and Hot Rod reports that two women have been taken into custody since - but still no word on the car. With its blacked-out appearance (including custom Foose wheels), this car is definitely hard to miss, but Shepherd also said that the car might be even more distinguishable now due to some body damage that may have occurred as it was being driven from the warehouse lot. Shepherd's website has a full gallery of images for this '72 Charger, which also has a modern 392-cubic-inch V8 under the hood and a six-speed gearbox pulled from a Viper.
If you're in the LA area and happen to see this car, Shepherd asks that you call the LAPD West Valley Division at 818-374-7611. Here's to hoping this one-of-a-kind Charger turns up unscathed.

Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat #0001 raises $825,000 for charity

Sun, 28 Sep 2014

$60,000 doesn't strike us as a lot to pay for a muscle car with 707 horsepower on tap. $825,000... now that's a different story. But, according to the official SRT blog, that's how much one generous and eager buyer paid for the privilege of getting his (or her) hands on the very first new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
Decked out in Stryker Red paint that's usually reserved for the Viper, the supercharged Challenger bearing the VIN 0001 went up for auction at the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino in Las Vegas on Saturday under the auspices of Barrett-Jackson. By the time bidding ended, the gavel dropped at $825,000 - nearly 14 times the sticker price - 100 percent of which will benefit Opportunity Vehicle, a charity that aids the intellectually handicapped in the Las Vegas Area.

Are you the Dodge Dart SRT4?

Tue, 08 Jan 2013

Dodge has just confirmed that it will be bringing its newest Dart variant, the Dart GT, to Detroit next week, but we're still in the dark about when we'll see a truly hotted-up SRT4 version. But now, by way of the rumormill anyway, we've got at least one proposed, potentially Dodge-based rendering to light our way.
Seen here is what would appear to be a design sketch of the SRT4 Dart. Obviously the image that has surfaced is of rather low-resolution, but there's at least some evidence to support that it may be legitimate. In the original picture, one can just make out the name Tim Doyle in the lower right corner. As it turns out, Tim Doyle's name is also watermarked on the final design image for the 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel Black & Tan, a model that was shown at SEMA in 2010.
Of course, even if this really is the work of Doyle, there's nothing to say that this image isn't one of a great many potential looks for the future SRT4. In fact, the departure of the cross-hair grille from the Dodge's nose seems like it could be a hard sell, though we do, naturally, dig the sleek hood scoop and the bulked up wheel/tire combination.
