THIS IS A WORK TRUCK NOT A PIMP TRUCK. PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. IT IS THE PERFECT WORK TRUCK BUT IT IS NOT ONE TO PICK UP WOMEN WITH. THE TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT AT 390996 MILES. NEW INJECTORS WERE INSTALLED AT 320K. TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT. NO BLOW BY, NO ENGINE OIL LEAK AND THE TRUCK DOES NOT SMOKE MORE THAN IT SHOULD. THE TRUCK HAS NEVER BEEN HOOKED TO A PROGRAMMER. IT HAS NEW TIRES ALL THE WAY AROUND. NEW BEARINGS INSTALLED ON THE PUSH ROD AND A NEW WATER PUMP INSALLED. IT NEEDS A NEW FRONT SEAL FROM DRIVE SHAFT TO FRONT END (SIMPLE FIX). THE TRUCK HAS NORMAL WEAR ON THE VEHICLE THAT SHOULD BE EXPECTED ON A VEHICLE WITH 400000 MILES ON IT. IT HAS ONE SMALL DENT THAT THE REAR BUMPER COVERS UP AND SOME SMALL DENTS AND DINGS ON THE TAILGATE. OTHER THAN THAT JUST SMALL ROCK CHIPS. THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION. HAS TOW PACKAGE AND GOOSENECK BALL. I AM THE SECOND OWNER I HAVE PUT ONY ABOUT 2000 MILES ON THE TRUCK. THE ORIGNAL OWNER USED IT FOR AN EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE VEHICLE. THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED AND I HAVE ABOUT 14 PAGES OF PAPERWORK WITH WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO THE TRUCK. THE ONLY REASON I AM SELLING THIS TRUCK IS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A NEED FOR IT ANYMORE. MY HAULING PLANS FELL THROUGH. TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT.

Dodge and Jeep recalling 895k SUVs for possibility of headliner fires
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Dodge and Jeep are announcing recalls of a total of 895,000 Durango and Grand Cherokee models worldwide from the 2011 through 2014 model years. There's a possibility that the wiring in the sun visor can short circuit and cause a fire. It specifically affects vehicles built between January 5, 2010, and December 11, 2013, and there are approximately 651,000 of them in the US, 45,700 in Canada, 23,000 in Mexico and 175,000 outside of North America.
Screws that fasten the sunvisor to the headliner may pierce wires in the visor, if the part has been removed or serviced, potentially causing a fire risk. If the wires short circuit, they could overheat and potentially combust. The automakers report three injuries caused by this defect, and according to the investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, "there may be a total of 52 unique fire incidents."
To fix the problem, Dodge and Jeep will inspect the vehicles for suspect wiring, and all of the models, whether damaged or not, will get a new sun visor spacer with a wire guide to stop the possibility of short circuits. According to the automakers' announcement, "this condition is not present in vehicles which have not had the headliner or vanity mirror serviced." They will notify affected owners, and repairs will begin in August.
Ranking Dodge's Charger Hellcat with the fastest sedans in the world

"This is a car that most brands would never bring to market." - Tim Kuniskis
Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis had reason to be confident, perhaps even a bit cocky at the reveal of his brand's newest halo car, the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. As he said simply, it's the "quickest, fastest and most powerful sedan in the world."
1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express in Generation Gap showdown with 1933 Ford Pickup
Fri, 18 Jul 2014Auto enthusiasts love a good debate, whether it's Mustang versus Camaro or Ferrari against Lamborghini. But how about a battle between two very different vintages of classic pickup trucks? In this case, the fight is between a 1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express and a 1933 Ford Model 46 truck with a flathead V8.
The shootout comes courtesy of the internet series Generation Gap, and its concept is super-simple. One guy prefers classics, and the other likes newer rides. They choose a category, pick two vehicles and put them head to head. In this case, neither is exactly modern, though. The Ford is more than old enough to receive Social Security checks, and the Dodge is hardly a young whippersnapper.
Other than both being pickups, these two models were made to serve very different functions. The Li'l Red Express was basically the progenitor of today's muscle trucks, with a big V8 that made it one of the quickest new models in its day (admittedly, 1979 was a rough time for automotive performance). On the other hand, the '33 Ford was just meant to work, with little pretense for anything else. One of the hosts describes it as "the simplest, most difficult" vehicle he's driven because of the tricky double clutchwork necessary to shift gears. Scroll down to watch the video and try to decide which of these two American classics you would rather have in your garage.
