If you are looking for a non-red Ferrari 328, you have just found it!  One of the nicest and hardest to find White/Tan 1986 Ferrari 328s up for sale!  This car has only 23.4K original miles and just had its 30K belt service and new clutch installed in December 2012 (including new CV boots).  Not a ding on the car. No accidents. All books, manuals and two original keys.  All service records available (including records from previous owners).  Car comes equipped with a Tubi exhaust (factory exhaust is also included), 5 disc CD changer in dash radio and battery tender.  Also included is a Ferrari car cover and custom bra made for the car from one of the previous owners.  No leather re-dye, no fading of any gauges and no modifactions other than a AC conversion to R134.  The car has no stories and white 328s do not come up for sale very often.  If you see it in person and you really want a white 328, this is your car and you will buy it....it's that nice.   It also won the Gold Concorso Arizona award back in 2007.  Why am I selling it you ask?  I just moved into a 550 Maranello so putting my 328 on the market to let someone else enjoy it.  You may see $30K-$40K Ferrari 328s all day long but there is a reason they are that low in price.  If you are looking for a 328, you know the market value is increasing for really nice cars. This one won't come cheap but is defiitely worth every dollar.    The 328 will always be a great every day Ferrari so grab a nice one while you still can at reasonable prices.  Feel free to contact my Ferrari mechanic (he worked at the Ferrari plant and knows his stuff) should you have any questions about the car or the recent service.  I reserve the right to cancel the ad early as it is advertised through his shop.  Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks and good luck.

Ferrari rated world's most powerful brand ahead of Apple

Fri, 22 Feb 2013

Ferrari has nabbed the honor of becoming the world's most powerful brand from Apple. According to Brand Finance, the Italian automaker earned the highest rating among all brands on the Global 500 list despite being worth considerably less than its competition. But the ranking takes into account more than just a company's bottom line. Brand Finance also looks at margins, average revenue per customer and less tangible notions like brand affection and loyalty.
There's no disputing those latter two categories, and this year saw Ferrari enjoy the best financial results in the automaker's history. In 2012, the company's revenue jumped by eight percent to 2.43 billion euro thanks in part to a 4.5 percent increase in deliveries worldwide.
Meanwhile, Apple squeaked out ahead of Samsung to earn the top spot as the most valuable brand at $400 billion. You can check out the Brand Finance press release below for more information.

These are two Ferrari design studies that led to the LaFerrari

Tue, 26 Mar 2013

Ferrari apparently worked through nine design concepts for its LaFerrari supercar recently shown at the Geneva Motor Show, and has put two of them on display at its museum in Maranello, Italy. Both from 2011, the Manta (pictured) is harder edged and looks closest to the finished product.
The other, the Tensostruttura, is much more fluid and looks like it probably came from the past or the future, not so much the present. You can check them both out in the videos below and register your take on what might have been.

Race Recap: 2014 Italian Grand Prix goes heavy on rescue and recovery

Mon, 08 Sep 2014

In the two weeks it's taken Formula One to move from Belgium to Italy, fleet-footed rumor has outrun the driver transfer market - Fernando Alonso can't issue enough denials of a departure from Ferrari, McLaren isn't sure what it wants to do with its drivers, Lotus has found out why it stinks this year and that the problem can't be fixed this year, and Nico Rosberg is said to have donated a team-ordered six-figure fine to charity to atone for his Belgian waffling. Oh, and Lewis Hamilton regained his pole-grabbing form.
That's how the Mercedes AMG Petronas man found himself at the head of the grid for the Italian Grand Prix, ahead of his teammate Rosberg by a quarter of a second. And because the high-po Monza circuit loves a high-po Mercedes engine, Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa lined up in third and fourth for Williams, followed by Kevin Magnussen and Jenson Button in their McLarens. Alonso flattered the Ferrari again, lining up seventh, followed by the Infiniti Red Bull Racing duo of Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo, but Sergio Perez in the Sahara Force India would make it seven out of ten for the Mercedes HPP engine program.
When the lights went out to start the race, Hamilton - and a few other top drivers - discovered that the work of recovery wasn't finished.
