Rosso Barchetta w/ Tan leather, 6 Speed, New Tires, New Racing Brakes, Complete Engine Rebuild by Umberto Masoni 1995 Ferrari 355 Berlinetta 2-Door Coupe
Vehicle Description 1995 FERRARI 355 BERLINETTA COUPE ROSSO BARCHETTA RED Tan Leather Interior Complete Engine ReBuild March 2012 ONLY 6k Miles since major $45,000.00 Engine Rebuild carried out by Umberto Masoni, the Famed Ferrari Factory engineer responsible for building all the Challenge Race car engines. Every Internal Component was changed/ upgraded. Receipts available. Runs very strong and sounds amazing. Build complete March 2012 and obviously all Cambelts and Fluids were changed at that time. The 1995 and very early 1996 355's were plagued with valve guide issues, this is the main reason for the rebuild, during the rebuild the valve guides were changed to the upgraded type so more issues. Front Brakes Upgraded to Challenge Brakes to handle extra speed. Also installed, Fabspeed Racing Headers and Tubi exhaust with test pipes. The Challenge Engine Control Units were also installed so not only do you not get the engine check light for emmissions but you get increased HP and advanced engine mapping for increased low end torque. May not comply with emmissions regulations in all States. This 355 Berlinetta comes complete with tools, manuals and two keys and security key fobs. The rear tires are NEW and the fronts are LIKE NEW. New Clutch Installed at 21,300 Miles The 355 was introduced in late 1994 as a Coupe and very soon afterwards the Spider was bought out, because of this there are many more Spiders than coupes available so finding a very nice example, with service history makes this car very desirable. If you are like me more into coupes because of their purity, then this is definitely the car for you. We don't normally inventory cars with this amount of miles, but with the amount of monies spent on rebuilding the engine and the overall condition of the car, not to mention the way she looks, sounds and drives we could not pass up the oportunity for one of our customers to buy a very affordable, last of the Enzo inspired mid engined Ferrari's with none of the worries associated with owning one of the early 355's 96 Month Financing Available 60 Month Leasing Available 60 MONTH LEASE $845.00 per month $5,500 Down plus inception fees, subject to credit approval CALL TODAY WITH QUESTIONS 239-280-0403 AFTER HOURS CALL DARREN 239-273-3706 darren@bhsportscars.com

Possible Ferrari F70/F150 specs emerge from private showings
Fri, 01 Feb 2013At a private showing in Maranello, a group of lucky souls got to sneak a peek at the upcoming successor to the Ferrari Enzo, which has been referred to as both the F70 and F150 (not that F-150). While we still don't get any name confirmation or a definitive idea (aside from spy shots) as to what the newest Ferrari supercar will look like, one of the attendees did manage to pass along some vital performance information about the car as well as production numbers that are said to be limited to just 499 units.
The report on Auto-Blog.com.mx confirms that the Enzo successor will utilize an 800-horsepower V12 paired with a hybrid KERS good for another 150 hp. The engine's peak power kicks in at a screaming 9,200 rpm, while peak torque (not divulged) will be available at just 1,000 rpm. That kind of power could be great in just about anything, but the report also says that this new Ferrari model will have a dry weight of just 2,799 pounds (about the same as the Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S twins and just slightly more than a Mazda MX-5 Miata). Rumored speed times include a top speed of 229 miles per hour, and the ability to run from 0-60 mph in less than three seconds; doubling that speed takes an extra second.
We've already seen the car's carbon fiber chassis and now we're just waiting to see the production car in real life, but Ferrari has not announced when the car will be introduced.
Watch Chris Harris drive the Ferrari 458 Spider like an "idiot"
Fri, 01 Feb 2013Chris Harris gets to abuse his fair share of cars that we can only dream about driving, so why not add the Ferrari 458 Spider to that list. After somehow borrowing the keys to a Ferrari-owned 458 Spider, Harris spends about five minutes driving the 570-horsepower, open-air supercar like an "idiot" (his words, not ours).
In reality, it's impressive to watch the $257,000 (base price) 458 Spider being drifted and pushed hard into every turn. Not surprisingly, the car handles the "bad behavior" very well, but what is amazing is how easy it is for Harris to talk to the camera despite the top being down and the engine being at full throttle almost the entire time.
If you like watching Ferraris get sideways, you will most certainly enjoy Harris' video, which is posted below.
Ferrari considering return to Le Mans racing in 2015
Thu, 01 Aug 2013Rumors are swirling that Ferrari may be contemplating a return to Le Mans racing as soon as 2015. Germany's Auto Motor und Sport reports the Italian automaker may apply the development of a new 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine for Formula One to an LMP1 car for Le Mans, and have it ready for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in two years. This follows hints made by Scuderia Ferrari CEO Stefano Domenicali last month that the newly developed F1 engine could be used for "some interesting projects."
Ferrari has a history of success in Le Mans racing, though it hasn't won the big endurance outright since 1965. The image above captures the exact moment when the No. 21 car of Masten Gregory and Jochen Rindt crossed the finish line that year to win the race. That win was the last of six consecutive outright victories before the infamous arrival of the Ford GT40 in 1966. Despite never reaching the top of the podium again, Ferrari's nine wins still stand as the third most overall by a manufacturer behind Porsche (16) and Audi (11).
If Ferrari does return to Le Mans in 2015, the LMP1 class will suddenly be teaming with worthy competitors for Audi, which has dominated the race since 2000. After Peugeot's exit from the sport in early 2012, Toyota entered the race in 2012 and has continued to develop its TS030 Hybrid LMP1 car. Porsche, meanwhile, is well into developing a new LMP1 car that will first compete in next year's race.
