I am selling my 1999 Ferrari Modena F360 it is a black car with tinted windows black leather interior and chrome wheels. The car is in great condition runs and drives terrific the only reason I am selling is I have a ZR1 Corvette that I have been driving more then the Ferrari. The transmission is the F1 padel shifted unit and it works great. The wheels have no curb rash and the tires are almost like new. The paint is very nice, shines well but does have a couple rock chips here and there but overall looks very good. The interior is in decent shape just some minor wear on the bolsters otherwise very nice. It has new floor mats and a new battery and just had a recent oil change. I do not have any service records for the car it was purchased at auction from a dealer. As stated before the car runs and drives great the only two things it needs is the AC charged and since the battery was replaced the code entered by a dealer to unlock the radio. I recently did a search on the VIN and the car does show one accident in its history but the car does not have a salvaged title. The title is clear with no leins and it shows mileage to be correct. I am selling this car with a very low reserve due to the accident history so if you are in the market for a super buy on a real Ferrari bid with confidence I am selling this car. Ferrari names Edwin Fenech head of North American office

Tue, 18 Nov 2014

Ferrari North America has been sailing without a captain for the past several months since its previous chief executive, Marco Mattiacci, was called home to Italy to run the Scuderia. But now the Italian automaker has announced a new capo to run the office in New Jersey, and his name is Edwin Fenech.
Not to be confused with the French-Italian actress Edwige Fenech (who obviously showed up in our research before the Ferrari exec did), Edwin Fenech has a long history of running regional offices for the Prancing Horse marque. Prior to making the jump to the North American division, Fenech ran the company's operations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and China, and previously served as sales and marketing director for France and sales manager for all of Europe.
Now in charge of Ferrari's largest market, Fenech will be responsible for expanding the company's presence not only in the United States - in which Ferrari has been present now for sixty years - but also in Canada as well as Central and South America.

Ferrari boss Montezemolo expects big changes from FIA

Mon, 02 Dec 2013

You'd think that with former Ferrari principal Jean Todt running the FIA, the relationship between the motorsport governing body and the team he once called home would be a solid one. But his former boss expects more from the organization that overseas Formula One.
In a recent interview (excerpts from which you can read below), Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo pointed to some perceived inconsistencies in rulings made by FIA officials this season and called for "strong changes." Among those controversies was a drive-through penalty handed to Felipe Massa at the season-closing Brazilian Grand Prix last weekend, his last for the Scuderia. Massa was reprimanded for cutting across the white line that marks the exit from the pit lane, the penalty for which dropped him from fourth place in the race to seventh, and cost Ferrari its second place in the final standings for the constructors' championship - and with it a good $10 million in prize money. Montezemolo characterized the penalty as "disproportionate and unjust".
The Ferrari chief also pointed to penalties handed to Mercedes as either too harsh or not harsh enough, calling for greater consistency in FIA rulings and implying that more permanent race stewards be appointed instead of alternating race to race.

LaFerrari 3D model adds depth to Maranello's new supercar

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

At its recent Geneva Motor Show unveiling, we couldn't help but spend a good long time gawking at the new LaFerrari supercar. It isn't just that it's the newest top-line Ferrari, or even that it picks up where the Enzo left off - it's just that there's so much to look at, from the ductwork in its long nose to the delicate artistry of its sideview mirrors. There's so much aerodynamic wizardry in play on every surface that you just want to pick it up in your hand and look underneath to take a closer look every which way - even underneath.
Sadly that's not possible, but we may just have the next best thing. Autoblog reader Giorgio has come up with this clever interactive 3D model of the LaFerrari, and we think it's neat enough that you might want to take a look - check it out by scrolling below. And don't forget - we love featuring what our car-crazed readers are up to, whether here or on our Facebook page, so keep those tips coming.
