I have a very nice 1977 Ford Bronco Sport for sale. This was the last year they made this size Bronco and I think it was the best year, power brakes, power steering, Air Conditioning, 4x4, Automatic etc... This Bronco starts every time, runs, drives everything works and recently went through inspection and passed of course. Everything on the Bronco is original other than the interior and that is in terrific condition. Two areas with rust and that is the rear drivers side fender corner and a small spot on the tailgate as seen in pictures, floors and roof are solid and not really any other issues to worry about. Paint is original patina and people always comment on how I should keep it that way. This IS a daily driver and I would not hesitate to take it on a trip. I am confident that the milage has rolled but the engine runs like its accurate. Has a new gas tank, new turn signal wiring harness, new brakes, has a nice sun roof that was not original equipment but a nice touch, A/C works and is very cold. Short auction to see if it will sell otherwise it is going to auction next week. Willing to sell it with a buy it now if the offer is good and always looking for a trade but not sure if we can do that on here. Thanks for looking.

Americans will get a four-cylinder Ford Mustang after all? [w/poll]

Remember that previous report suggesting that the 2015 Ford Mustang getting a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, and that it would be sold in Europe only and not the United States? Well, according to Road & Track, the rumor is only partially true - The Mustang will get the engine, but it is indeed coming to America.
Additionally, according to RT, the 3.7-liter V6 will continue to serve as the base engine, and since it offers up a stout 305 horsepower in its current form, it's likely that the 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost will produce a bit more than that. At the top of the range, the Mustang GT will continue to soldier on with a V8 engine, which should continue to send over 400 horsepower to the rear wheels.
Finally, while we agree 100 percent with RT's heartfelt request for a paddle-shift automatic, we certainly expect that the EcoBoost 'Stang will be offered with a manual transmission as standard equipment. This is a Mustang, after all...
Mulally confirms he's not leaving Ford for Microsoft
Tue, 07 Jan 2014In recent months, rumors had been flying about Ford CEO Alan Mulally potentially leaving the company to take a position at Microsoft. Last we heard, Mulally was planning to stick around at Ford through at least 2014, and in an interview today, that bit was confirmed by the CEO himself.
According to the Associated Press, in a report from The Detroit News, Mulally said he will not be leaving Ford for Microsoft, and reiterated that he will remain at the Blue Oval through 2014, if not longer. Mulally has "no plans other than to serve Ford," according to the report.
Mulally did not say whether or not he had been in talks with Microsoft at any point. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has said he plans to leave the software company sometime this year.

As difficult as it is to write this, I was actually excited about the 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. With the beautiful looks of the newest midsize fighter from Ford and a fuel economy estimate capable of shaming even the stalwart Camry Hybrid, the battery-augmented four-door seemed like a recipe for unabashed success. But appearances love nothing more than swapping our boundless enthusiasm for cold platters of disappointment. The 2013 Fusion Hybrid gets hobbled right out of the gate with a lofty price tag, and real-world driving keeps the sedan from even approaching those EPA figures.
With so many excellent midsize hybrids on the market, is there any reason to consider the newest Fusion Hybrid? Are sharp aesthetics, a well-executed interior and capable driving dynamics enough to overcome the machine's shortfalls? Not from where I'm standing.
