Hello, I am auctioning off my 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. I am the original second owner of this vehicle. This car starts, runs, idles, drives and shifts like the day it was new. It has never given me any problems at all whatsoever. A/C is ice-cold. I am a private seller and not a dealer. This was was my personal car for years. Tires are a clean matching set. Still has the original equipment spotlight in place. Exterior is exceptionally clean with no major dents, dings or scratches (SEE PICTURES BELOW) Also has Original police radio antenna in place. Interior is exceptionally clean as well with NO foul odors. Never smoked in. Interior has no major rips or stains. Very clean Police car in and out. Has ONLY 96K Original All Easy Florida Highway Miles. My starting bid is at NO RESERVE. This is a straight forward and honest description, no hidden surprises or gimmicks here. There is spot area of paint peeling from the roof as pictured. Rest of the car is clean as you can see from the pictures of the hood and trunk that the one spot on the roof is the only area peeling. I never touched it up because I did not want anyone thinking that it was painted to cover something up. This is a 100% real clean straight Police cruiser. It will drive across the country and back. Power windows, power locks even has AM/FM Cassette. Power window defrost. Tilt steering, power mirrors and trunk. Even has Power lumbar support. Stereo sounds great.

Ford going bonkers at SEMA with 57 showcars
Sat, 19 Oct 2013Ford always shows up in force at the SEMA Show, but this year's tally of 57 custom-tuned cars, trucks and vans is more than we can ever recall the Blue Oval bringing. Ford will introduce 28 of its project vehicles in its "Dreamcase" ahead of next month's show. The first batch of eight you'll find here with the remaining vehicles trickling into public view over the next couple of weeks.
This first group of cars includes a Fiesta, four Fiesta ST hatchbacks and a trio of Mustang show cars styled and tuned to varying degrees all by different aftermarket companies. Tanner Foust, Nitto Tire, 3dCarbon and Ice Nine Group are some of the more familiar names affixed to these cars. Our favorite so far is the Hollywood Hot Rods Mustang convertible (shown above) with its removable aluminum top and methanol-injected, 750-horsepower 5.0-liter V8.

Ford issues six recalls covering 101,000 vehicles for multiple issues
Tue, 08 Jul 2014Ford is announcing six separate recalls for a variety of issues affecting a dozen models and a total of 100,610 vehicles in North America. However, according to Ford spokesperson Kelli Felker, "None of them have caused accidents or injuries." Half of them cover fewer than 1,000 cars.
The largest recall covers 92,022 North American examples (about 83,250 in the US) of some models of the Ford Taurus, Lincoln MKS, Ford Interceptor, Flex and Lincoln MKT from the 2013 and 2014 model years; the 2012-2014 Edge and the 2014 Lincoln MKX. All of them have a potential issue with the halfshaft on the right side that might not be fully seated and could move outward over time. If it shifts too far, the models may no longer be able to drive, and the condition could also allow the vehicles to roll away, even when in Park. Dealers will inspect the shaft to make sure it's seated and will replace the part if necessary.
The next-largest recall covers 5,264 North American examples (4,867 in the US) of the Ford F59 Commercial Stripped Chassis from the 2011-2014 model years. It's possible that an electrical junction box can corrode in areas with salty roads and short circuit. The problem could potentially cause a fire. Dealers will replace the box with an improved design.
