2007 Ford Crown Victoria (P71) Police Interceptor YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER DEAL FOLKS, PERFECT FOR PRIVATE USE OR WORK!!! 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, 103K original miles - with 1582 idle hours, drives great, everything works in the car and is missing nothing, California car, no rust, from the City of Ventura, CA. The car is original black looks good and shiny and yes it does have scratches from being in service, the only rough spot would be the roof because it's starting to get dull (please see picture). (2) antenna holes on the trunk lid and (1) on the roof, no holes anywhere on the dashboard/trim. The car still looks good and very reliable/safe. (2) new working spotlights, blue silicone radiator heather hoses (fail safe), clear head lights, vinyl floors (small cut out between seats where the center console used to be), a very nice, strong, tight and quiet ride, Cold A/C, heather works, defroster works fine, AM/FM stereo + CD, working cruise control, all seat belts and buckles in place, all (4) windows and doors fully operational, tires are great all around (235/55/17 by GOODYEAR RSA), CLEAN TITLE - NO ACCIDENTS, everything works in the car. Pink slip and documents on hand, Sold as is. Very fast car that needs nothing and is ready to go! READY FOR WORK AND ROAD READY!! WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU'LL GET, WITH NO SURPRISES! Mechanically: At 103K, this car needs nothing but fuel to keep it going. There are no noises coming from the engine or transmission, no vibration or pulling on the steering wheel/tires, oil change + filter, new front brakes, rear brakes are at 90%, transmission filter/gasket & fluid replaced (MERCON V), drive belt looks good along with tensioner, X5 rear axle, heavy duty battery, (8) new spark plugs (Motorcraft Platinum SP493), coils are all in good shape, new air and fuel filter.. Ford reveals all-new Everest SUV at Asia-Pacific forum [w/poll]
Thu, 13 Nov 2014While the Explorer may have shifted from a truck-based sport-ute to a car-based crossover, Ford still offers buyers on the other side of the Pacific a Ranger-based SUV in the form of the Everest. And at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Beijing today, the Blue Oval revealed the all-new version you see here.
Previewed in concept form over a year ago and made specifically for the Asia-Pacific market, the new Ford Everest is designed to be more refined on the road and more capable off of it. Like the Explorer once was, the new Everest is based on a stretched version of the overseas Ford Ranger pickup. Depending on the specific market, Ford will offer the new Everest with a range of engines including a 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbo four and two Duratorq turbodiesels - a 2.2-liter four and a 3.2-liter inline-five - mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Earmarked to take on the likes of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (known in these parts as the Lexus GX) and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the new Everest promises rock-crawlers even better off-road capabilities. It's got nearly nine inches of ground clearance, over 30 inches of wading depth, a 29-degree approach and 25-degree departure angles and a set of features including on-the-fly adjustable four-wheel drive.
NHTSA probing 2000-2003 Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable models over throttle issue
Mon, 29 Oct 2012A potential issue with the speed control cable collar has got the 2003-20003 Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable under the spotlight of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. If the collar breaks it can cause the throttle to be stuck open.
The issue is limited to vehicles with the 3.0-liter V6 Duratec. There are just 50 complaints so far out of 310,000 cars, but the NHTSA has begun an investigation into whether a recall should be issued.

Its option prices are already available, and now the full ordering guide is on the web for all of the trims thanks to the Mustang 6G forum. Ford is rapidly running out of secrets to keep about its new sports coupe.
The 21-page guide can be perused in the gallery below and contains all of the standard features, colors, options codes, descriptions. Generally everything you might want to know about the 'Stang is there, other than its price or power. It even shows off the available wheel designs.
The guide finally gives away the contents of the Performance Package for the EcoBoost and GT trims. The EcoBoost's package includes: A larger rear sway bar, new chassis tuning, larger brake rotors, 19-inch black wheels, retuned driver assistance systems, an aluminum dash panel, added gauge pack, 3.55 limited slip rear differential, larger radiator, heavy-duty front springs and spoiler delete. When the options pricing leaked, it indicated the package would cost $1,995. If that is the case, it seems like quite a deal.
