This is my personal 2007 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor for sale with 91,000 miles. I have invested a substantial amount of money in new parts on this vehicle. I used this vehicle as a spare and only on occasion but due to higher property taxes that have been imposed on Motor Vehicles in Connecticut I have decided to offer it for sale. It is really nice condition and always cared for. I changed the oil every 2,500 miles and was well maintained. It has a Viper remote starter installed, and comes with 2 working remotes. Clean Car-Fax. I am the second owner. This was purchased new by a PD in Rockland County NY. I bought it in December 2011.
The following are just some of the parts installed.
Rear Axle (passenger rear) and bearings for both sides, AC compressor, AC evaporator canister,New slotted rotors and ceramic pads, New rack and pinion, New blower motor, New serpentine belt, New fuel pump, new blend door actuator, new power steering pump, new steering shaft (upper and lower), Mass air flow sensor. Spark plugs changed 1 year ago , rear tires only 3 months old. Front tires have some wear.
Has 2 small antenna's on top and roof rack hole has a rubber plug painted white in it. Strobe assemblies are still in front side marker lights, back strobes are in the rear brake lights and back up lights. The wires to connect these to the power unit are still there. Has dark limo tint all around. Very clean car must see to appreciate. Has 4 Cooper Zeon Rs3-A 235 55R17 M&S tires installed. Brand new Goodyear Eagle as spare. Floor is Rubber all around and is in great shape, no rips or tears. Interior is in nice condition other than the tears I mentioned which wear stitched up. Rear doors are not operable, however I purchased the rods new from Ford to connect the door handles. I never got the chance to install them. Other than fixing the turn signals this car is road ready, as runs great. Thank you for looking, Local Pick up only.
Car can be seen in either Newtown CT (home) Fairfield County CT or I can bring it to work, Mt Kisco area in Westchester County New York. Any questions please ask.

Ford F-150 RaptorTrax is Ken Block's ultimate snowmobile
Tue, 21 Jan 2014Even when Ken Block isn't starring in the latest Gymkhana video or tearing up Global RallyCross courses, he's finding new ways to redefine "awesome" as it applies to motorsports. For evidence of this, look no further than Block's latest Monster-badged creation, the Ford F-150 RaptorTrax.
Billed as the "world's fastest snowcat," the RaptorTrax started life as a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, and then a set of Mattracks were put in place where the truck's bead-locked wheels and meaty rubber once resided. The goal was to create a truck that made it easier - and presumably more fun - for Block and his buddies to hit the slopes on their snowboards. Aside from the obvious track upgrades, this truck also received a Whipple supercharger, full roll cage, Recaro seats, an in-bed snowboard rack, a roof basket and a rear-mounted winch - you know, just in case something or someone actually manages to get this truck stuck.
The RaptorTrax will be on display later this week at the Winter X Games in Apsen, CO, but we'll have to wait until next winter for a full Block-worthy video of the truck. A full press release from Hoonigan Racing Division is posted below, and a high-res image can be found by clicking above.
Ford to auction Mustang Cobra Jet prototype for charity [w/video]
Mon, 16 Sep 2013Prototypes developed by major automakers typically remain in said company's custody, but every once in a while, one trickles out into private hands. And that's just what we have here. Ford is donating a one-of-a-kind factory prototype for the 2014 Mustang Cobra Jet that will be auctioned off later this month by Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Powered by a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 mated to a T4 competition gearbox, this rare Cobra Jet prototype includes a wheelie bar, chromoly roll cage, Weld wheels, three-link rear suspension, racing brakes, 9-inch rear axle and more. It's painted in a unique satin orange with reflective gray striping scheme, bears the serial number 2014 BJMS CJXX1 and is fully ready for NHRA competition on the drag strip.
To be offered with no reserve on Saturday, September 28, 2013, the Cobra Jet prototype's winning bidder will also receive tutelage at Roy Hill's Drag Racing School in Sophia, NC, along with tours of the Ford Product Development Center, Ford Racing headquarters and Ford Design Studios with Mustang chief engineer Dave Pericak. Scope out the video and details below for what could be the ultimate Mustang experience for a good cause.
Shelby American cleans house of 14 concept cars
Wed, 25 Jun 2014Typically when an automaker rolls out a concept car or pre-production prototype, it does its tour and then disappears into the company's archives. Maybe it will be displayed for the public to see in the company's own museum or maybe it will spend most of its time under covers in a warehouse somewhere, but every once in a while, an automaker will open up its history and start selling off its concept cars. For Shelby American, "once in a while" has just rolled around.
The House that Carroll Built is moving from its previous headquarters at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to a new facility off of the Las Vegas strip, and in the process is liquidating fourteen of the rarest cars in its collection. That presents a tremendous opportunity for muscle car collectors to bring one or more of these snakes home.
As you might expect, the catalog is composed mostly of Mustangs, but not exclusively. There's a pair of 289 Cobras: the last of the 50th anniversary slab-sided continuation cars and an original development vehicle, offered at $200,000 apiece. At the other end of the spectrum you'll find the 2013 Shelby Raptor concept for $125k and Focus concept for $50k. And of course there are the Mustangs.
