A well maintained 2005 Ford E450 21 Passenger, Turtle Top Odyssey Shuttle bus with 131,356 + miles. This unit was part of fleet and received all required maintenance and fluid changes. Automatic passenger door entrance for 22 people to ride in Air Conditioning, or heated luxury, either watching a DVD movie on the fold down LCD screen, or listen to stereo AM/FM sound from one of the six speakers. Dual rear wheels to help handle the additional weight. Seats are all in fine shape and feature a colorful cloth pattern, rubber center matt and ceiling cloth also in great shape, as you can see from the photos. I have described the car to the best of my ability. The car is sold as is. There is NO warranty expressed or implied. The seller reserves the right to end the sale at any time. The successful high bidder will submit a non refundable deposit of $ 2,000 that is due within 2 days (48 hours) to secure the vehicle. Ford pits Cobra Jet versus GRC Fiesta ST, worlds collide
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.

Ford going bonkers at SEMA with 57 showcars
Sat, 19 Oct 2013Ford always shows up in force at the SEMA Show, but this year's tally of 57 custom-tuned cars, trucks and vans is more than we can ever recall the Blue Oval bringing. Ford will introduce 28 of its project vehicles in its "Dreamcase" ahead of next month's show. The first batch of eight you'll find here with the remaining vehicles trickling into public view over the next couple of weeks.
This first group of cars includes a Fiesta, four Fiesta ST hatchbacks and a trio of Mustang show cars styled and tuned to varying degrees all by different aftermarket companies. Tanner Foust, Nitto Tire, 3dCarbon and Ice Nine Group are some of the more familiar names affixed to these cars. Our favorite so far is the Hollywood Hot Rods Mustang convertible (shown above) with its removable aluminum top and methanol-injected, 750-horsepower 5.0-liter V8.

Ford issues six recalls covering 101,000 vehicles for multiple issues
Tue, 08 Jul 2014Ford is announcing six separate recalls for a variety of issues affecting a dozen models and a total of 100,610 vehicles in North America. However, according to Ford spokesperson Kelli Felker, "None of them have caused accidents or injuries." Half of them cover fewer than 1,000 cars.
The largest recall covers 92,022 North American examples (about 83,250 in the US) of some models of the Ford Taurus, Lincoln MKS, Ford Interceptor, Flex and Lincoln MKT from the 2013 and 2014 model years; the 2012-2014 Edge and the 2014 Lincoln MKX. All of them have a potential issue with the halfshaft on the right side that might not be fully seated and could move outward over time. If it shifts too far, the models may no longer be able to drive, and the condition could also allow the vehicles to roll away, even when in Park. Dealers will inspect the shaft to make sure it's seated and will replace the part if necessary.
The next-largest recall covers 5,264 North American examples (4,867 in the US) of the Ford F59 Commercial Stripped Chassis from the 2011-2014 model years. It's possible that an electrical junction box can corrode in areas with salty roads and short circuit. The problem could potentially cause a fire. Dealers will replace the box with an improved design.
