Great bus! This bus is in great condition for a 2007 shuttle bus.  This bus was originally used by the city of Tucson to transport the elderly.  You can arrange with me to look at the interior.  If you are looking for a good condition interior to transport your clients this may be the bus for you. The owner bought this bus with a engine that was not running.  He then had a mechanic put a LOW mileage engine in.  So you are getting a bus if purchased with A LOW MILEAGE ENGINE and we put a NEW MANUFACTURED TURBO bus starts with ease.  The mechanic first tested all cylinders and they fired up at 400PSI a piece.  I mention this because with other 2007 buses with similar miles 137,783 or years you would be getting that type of wear and tear.  Anyhow we spent around $8000+ to do this and we can provide receipts!!!!! The Owner bought the bus to use as a family RV!!! for a road trip and they used it just for that. It went to Pennsylvania and back! Half the seats lift up for more room or to strap down wheelchairs.  It has a wheel chair lift thats electric and it works. We are currently running synthetic oil in it. Purchased Brand new tires on the front in OCT 2012 with new rotors and brake pads. Has a Fast Idle system. Has multiple cameras inside the bus and at the rear exteriot camera on the back of the bus. It would need a computer to operate to my understanding which im assuming the city took out.  Front AC works but the rear AC is not blowing cold it powers on but not cold.  Also gear box for hydraulically controlled components has a leak.  Everything works though my mechanic estimates $650.

Take note this is a Starcraft inside is in real good condition!!  We have another bus made by Aerotech and the walls are not covered in fabric like this one!!! Very presentable for use in business... Hotel transportation, airport shuttle.

We spent over $8000 on the engine alone!!!

Need for Speed movie casts Mustang in hero car role

Mon, 10 Jun 2013

Dreamworks Studios, Electronic Arts and Ford Motor Company announced today that the Ford Mustang will play the lead hero car role in the upcoming Need for Speed movie, slated to hit theaters next February. Of course, the Mustang didn't audition for the role like we imagine the film's star, Aaron Paul of Breaking Bad fame, might have. Rather, Ford and Dreamworks struck a partnership deal that meant the Mustang could skip the casting couch. The deal will also see the film's universe populated with other Ford products (gratuitously so, we're guessing), and the automaker will also help the studio promote the video-game-turned-movie next year.
The hero car in question is a special one-off Mustang created by Ford that is making its debut at the E3 video game trade show as we speak. Powered by a supercharged V8 and apparently based on the Shelby GT500, the car's been modified with a widebody kit, 22-inch wheels, larger air intakes and twin hood nostrils. Ford also provided the film's production with an F-450 truck that will be called "The Beast" in the film's story, and a second Mustang to be used during filming as a camera car.
The Mustang's movie career is really taking off, with news of its Need For Speed casting closely following last week's release of the trailer for Getaway, a movie coming out in August that stars Ethan Hawke, Selena Gomez and another Shelby GT500. In addition to Aaron Paul and a modified Mustang, the Need For Speed movie also stars Michael Keaton (cop, we're guessing) and Dominic Cooper (villain, we're guessing), and is directed by Scott Waugh, who directed the Navy SEAL film Act of Valor in 2012.

Jay Leno drives postcard-perfect '32 Ford Highboy Roadster

Mon, 25 Aug 2014

At the turn of the century, it was arguably the Honda Civic that best defined inexpensive performance tuning, and in the '50s it was the Tri-5 Chevys. One of the earliest platforms to gain a huge following among young people looking for a cheap way to go fast was the classic '32 Ford Highboy Roadster. This week, Jay Leno's Garage looks at one of the very first vehicles that defined the look of the hot rod heyday.
This '32 Ford was built in the '40s and graced the cover of the fourth issue of Hot Rod Magazine back in 1948. All of the hot rods that you see shining at car shows today owe a serious debt of gratitude to this roadster. It bears all of the cues that define the look, including a notched frame and hidden door hinges. Under the three-piece hood is a flathead V8 boasting all sorts of period modifications, including copper cylinder heads. It was seriously fast in its era too, and proved it by reaching 112.21 miles per hour on a dry lakebed in 1947.
These days, this hot rod is on display at the Petersen Automotive Museum. Although, if you can't make it to California to see it, the United States Postal Service is celebrating this Ford with one of its two hot rod Forever stamps. Like Jay says in the video, in terms of hot rodding, "it all comes back to this." Check out the video to learn more about this rolling piece of tuning history.
