I have a very sharp 2003 F-250 4 door 4x4 6.0 power stroke Diesel pick-up for sale. Automatic transmission, all power seats, locks, windows, etc work fine, drives and runs great, the clock in the roof headliner needs replaced works then it don't then it does etc. leather on seats are very nice and clean, carpet clean, not beat up at all, very good clean truck. NO rust at all, there is 1 light scratch on passenger side of bed not that bad at all, See pictures for info. I have made alot of repairs/upgrades to this truck recently and i have receipts to prove it they will come with the truck. Repairs/upgrades as follows: 99% of these was done by a FORD DEALER. here we go.
NEW fuel pump assembly, NEW intake gaskets, NEW fuel regulator, NEW water pump, NEW head gaskets, NEW Head bolts, NEW O-rings, Cleared codes in transmission, AC compressor replaced and recharged, transmission filter and serviced, NEW power steering pump installed, 2 NEW batteries, NEW FICM computer installed, all NEW injectors installed, NEW high pressure oil pump installed, NEW SINISTER DIESEL TURBO installed at local diesel mechanic, NEW sinster diesel EGR delete kit installed local diesel mechanic, NEW sinsiter diesel anti freeze filter installed local diesel mechanic, all wheel alignment done found bad front wheel bearing had it replaced, I may have forgotten a few things on this list also. This truck runs very good, and is in very good condition, has a Bully Dog out look on dash but i have it unhooked, I unhooked it when i bought this. It has a skyjacker lift and shocks, i think maybe 2-3 inch lift I don't know, i bought it this way. Has NITTO tires size LT 315/75R16 med tire tread. I've invested alot of $$$$ into this truck, probably replaced just about everything that would go wrong with the 6.0 so you won't have to dump alot of money into it. Just get in and drive. good for you bad for me. This is being sold as is with all receipts for items listed above. also has excellant MBRP performance exhaust front to back. Like I said i may have left some things off because I forgot, but this is the story. I have this truck for sale locally so I may end this auction at any time. send me an email with any questions I'll do my best to answer them. thank you for your time.

Ford dealer loses Super Bowl bet, pays $300K to lucky customers [w/video]
Tue, 11 Feb 2014A Missouri Ford dealership's Super Bowl weekend sale cost it big when the improbable happened. Hutcheson Ford ran a promotion from January 29 to February 1, called the Super Weekend Sale. The gist was, if any customer purchased a vehicle between those dates and either the opening or second-half kickoff of the big game was returned for a touchdown, the dealership would refund the purchase price.
In the dealership's defense, it seemed like a safe bet. According to the mathematicians, there was just a 2.5-percent chance of either half opening with a touchdown return. But that didn't stop Seattle's Percy Harvin from doing his part to ruin Denver's evening, returning the second-half kick for an 87-yard touchdown run. Twelve Hutcheson customers were eligible for refunds thanks to the return, with prices ranging from $10,000 to $55,000, according to Automotive News. The total amount shelled out by the dealership? $300,000.
"At least we're not like that furniture guy that lost $7 million," dealership marketing manager Kathleen Frazier told AN. We think it was a big success." The dealership did take out insurance to cover its losses, meaning the $300K won't come entirely from its pockets.
Ford will build Hackmobile out of Transit Connect Wagon
Fri, 27 Dec 2013What you see in the above image is a rendering of the Hackmobile Transit Connect Wagon. What is that? It's a "mobile fabrication and hacking unit" that includes tools for metal- and woodworking, 3D and electronics fabrication, a three-axis CNC machine called "The Fabber," a video projector and screen, an air compressor, an 84x48-inch work surface that folds out like a Murphy bed and oh so much more. When not in use, all of the implements fold neatly into the back of Ford's award-winning van.
But perhaps the more important question is why is that? Because Make Magazine held an Ultimate Maker Vehicle Challenge in conjunction with Ford in which ten teams created were charged with creating "the ultimate Ford Transit Connect Wagon for the do-it-yourself enthusiast." Team Twin Cities Maker won the competition with the Hackmobile, and in addition to winning $10,000, Ford has declared it's actually going to build the thing - which is great, because if they can actually engineer a road-legal Hackmobile Transit Connect Wagon as envisioned, the inevitable A-Team movie reboot might need to think about including it.
Check out the video below for a cheeky walk-through of the Hackmobile, and get all the particulars in the press release below that.
Ex-GM VP LaNeve takes over Lincoln ad agency
Wed, 10 Apr 2013Those of you that caught yesterday's op-ed about Lincoln will have heard already, but Mark LaNeve has taken the helm at Team Detroit. Once the North American vice president of sales, service and marketing for General Motors, LaNeve will now head up the agency that handles all of Ford advertising. LaNeve will also run the account for Lincoln. While at GM from 2001 to 2009, the exec oversaw ad campaigns like Cadillac's Breakthrough and sales initiatives like "Employee Pricing for Everyone."
He left in 2009 to join Allstate as chief marketing officer, oversaw the creation of the Mayhem ad spots and was moved into the role of VP of agency operations overseeing Allstate's 10,000 agents. He resigned from the insurer in February 2012 for personal reasons and joined Team Detroit in August 2012 as chief operating officer, in charge of satellite offices in New York and internationally. He replaces ex-CEO Cameron McNaughton, and will continue to hold the title of COO.
Lincoln is trying to get its 2013 back to rights after putting big dollar commercials for the 2013 MKZ on television then having production glitches preventing cars from getting to dealerships. With rumors of a relaunch in the works, it's no surprise LaNeve has been given the reins - and from here it looks like the brand is desperate for the kind of magic he's proved he can marshal. Perhaps he can start by calling a mulligan on the renaming exercise that gave us the hoary "Lincoln Motor Company" and go back to oh, say, "Lincoln." Then he can ask the product folks to get to work on the MKC concept...
